    I've had my powerball for about 25yrs, One of the originals (The Earth's Most Powerful Gyro) I had to start it with a string until they brought out the base that spins it up for you, I also have the cage with a velcro strap that you put on your foot to use it with your ankles. I recently purchased the Titan Pro as I thought it was time for an upgrade and can safely say I am extremely happy with the product and would recommend Powerball to anybody thinking of purchasing one. If anyone is interested my 25yr old ball is still working perfectly after all this time so is a testament to the craftsmanship and build quality of the product although I have lost the little rubber feet that sit under the autostart base system. Peace, Love and Gratitude!.

    Just got mine, used it the whole time I watched the video. I have hypermobility syndrome in my joints and my wrists get a huge amount of abuse between my gaming and my work (Welder) and this thing actually did take away the pain almost immediately. It feels really weird to be told a bunch of really good benefits from a very affordable product, then it actually being true. Will be letting everyone I know try it out and recommending it to them, thank you for this!

      Delighted to hear this Adam, thank you for posting.
      Actually, we have had several customers in the past who have suffered from the pain and discomfort of hypermobility in the joints and so I know how uncomfortable and debilitating it can be.
      One customer in particular told me that she couldn't live without the ball after discovering it such was the severity of her condition and the relief it brought to her pain - I recall she had an issue with the ball at one point and we had to ship a replacement to her urgently such was her dependency upon it.
      They really do work wonders on this condition Adam, thank you again for posting.

      Very much obliged to you Mart (Declan?), I am most appreciative of your business.
      You have two amazing devices with which to build forearm strength that'll mirror your days as a boxer, there is no doubt - my own preference is the Hybrid simply because I've got an average sized hand, but if you've got a larger hand and/or are looking for the ultimate in forearm punishment then that Titan is going to blow you away with the power it produces...and how silky smooth and quiet it is.
      I hope you have followed me through my 9 minute Powerspin workout? Search for it here: 'powerspin 9 workout' - you'll be pleased you did!)
      Thanks so much once again for your business Mart.

      Greetings Kevin, sorry for the delayed reply!
      Thanks for your compliments, I appreciate them. Spinning in that circular motion engages all 4 of the main muscles in the forearm and, as such, it doesn't really matter whether you spin clockwise or anticlockwise.
      This being said, I do like to alternate from time to time and so switching direction during a spin is recommended - we find that left hand dominant users tend to favor anticlockwise spinning while right hand dominant favor clockwise spins....going against the natural tendency of the co-ordination is good and can be nothing but beneficial overall.
      Just try to ensure you use your Powerball for 23- minutes several times daily at a slow to moderate spin speed (this will depend on your own physical ability with that wrist fracture of course)...you'll see remarkable improvements in both strength and endurance within 10-14 days, I promise.
      Many thanks again Kevin.
      With my best wishes, Rory

    Hmm, the way you described that forearm pain sounds exactly like what I'm experiencing. Im a programmer, type on the keyboard most day, I take breaks and go bang out a few sets of dips and pushups (no warmup), I suddenly feel this annoying inflaming pain in my forearms like what's going on there... Just ordered my ball can't wait to try it hope it helps with that!

    • @rpmpower
      @rpmpower  5 лет назад +3

      Hi Vexe, thank you for your comment and your valued purchase, it is greatly appreciated. You were just like me many years ago when I was lifting weights as a young lad...I'd go in, no warm up whatsoever and just go at it like a rabid dog...my arms got nice and big but I was always incurring pain in the elbow from the tearing I was causing on the tendons...not alone was I lifting outside of what my tendons could physically cope with (especially at the elbow) but with no warm up, all that force was going directly onto those "non-stretch" tendons and ripping them up. At 20, of course, they repair much quicker than at, say 40 or 50, and so I'd be out of action for 2 weeks and then back at it again...but here's the rub...each time the tendon tore it would rebuild with a nice layer of scar tissue (disorganised tissue in which blood flow is even more restricted) and so 30 years on, I have to be really careful about warming up before any sort of lifting - Powerball is great for this of course (as you will soon see) but if you've got scar tissue as bad as I do, the only way to get rid is to go to a physio 5-10 times and let him dig in there with his thumbs (and that really hurts to the point of tears!) to break it down over the course of 3-4 months and then you should be right as rain again. Use your new Powerball for 2-3 mins moderate spinning before any sort of physical exercise and it'll keep you pain free and in good shape, I promise (and I speak from deep experience). Thanks so much, Rory

      @@bigtom1001 Ha! So I wasn't alone with the bad lifting technique so! :-) Yes, we are fellow comrades I'm afraid Tom, with age comes wisdom - a few visits to the physio to help break down the scar tissue will be helpful (albeit because the tendons are sensitive when inflamed, he'll need to take the pressure off them first by lengthening out the muscles in the first couple of visits...but when done in conjunction with a device like Powerball that promotes strong blood flow through the muscles, you'll soon be right as rain again! Best wishes, Rory

      Hi Jason, thank you for your message and comment, it is appreciated.
      In truth, there is no more efficient way to rehab and strengthen a weak / sore wrist / forearm than with a gyroscopic hand exerciser (it targets each of the 4 main forearm muscles simultaneously, unlike any other device that we're aware of).
      Autostart Powerballs are the easiest to operate but, once spinning, all Powerball models in the range will all produce extraordinary results and literally, a 2-3 minute spin, performed 2-3 times each day at a moderate pace will be sufficient to remedy those aches and pains (unless there is something else underlying the condition), you simply won't believe the subtle manner in which it operates and how quickly it all happens.
      The heavier metal models can also be used of course (more expensive to buy), just spin at a slower speed.
      Really, if you've never experienced one you're in for a surprise.
      Thanks Jason. Best wishes, Rory

    • @rpmpower
      @rpmpower  5 лет назад +4

      Greetings Silvana, I hope you're well. These days, we have the heavy zinc rotor inside our three metal models (it is the same rotor in each) - the difference is the shell size; the largest shell, and perhaps the one that offers the most resistance, is Titan, while Diablo is the smallest shell size and fits really well in the hand as a result. For me, the choice is between Diablo and the new Hybrid model we've just launched - the hybrid uses a polycarbonate shell and fits my hand really perfectly but really, you cannot go wrong with any of the three metal models, each is uniquely wonderful :-)

    My question is: if i can do series of push ups on my fingers, like series of 40 without having a dolor, will it be usefull for me ?

    • @rpmpower
      @rpmpower  6 лет назад +6

      Well...you clearly already have strong fingers...and thus powerful tendons controlling those fingers.
      And so, given that Powerball strengthens those tendons (which are directly connected to the forearm muscles), you're already well along the way to having powerful grip and forearm strength so the question is; do you need more?
      Because, no matter what kind of grip strength training you've done in the past, it won't exercise those forearm muscles as efficiently as Powerball will...and so, if you need another, say, 25% grip/forearm/wrist strength then go ahead and buy Powerball (any Powerball...the cheapest one, the dearest one, it doesn't matter) and you'll be able to do at least 60+ finger push-ups after 3 weeks (if that's what you want to be able to do :-) I can pretty much promise you.
      But, more importantly, you'll also enjoy far greater muscle ENDURANCE....not just strength. Hope this helps. Kind regards, Rory

    I ask because my motion (rotating the wrist) is different than a coworker. (The standard glass/ice cubes motion)

    • @rpmpower
      @rpmpower  2 месяца назад

      Darrick, good day.
      No, not at all.
      The 'pot stirring' / 'ice cube rotation' motion is certainly the most efficient and is the one movement that will simultaneously exercise all 4 main forearm muscles.
      But sometimes our customers will use the 'rapping on the door with your knuckles' action (flexion/extension) or 'turning the door handle' (pronation/supination) motion instead, to isolate those particular forearm muscle pairs.
      Whatever works for you Darrick, it's all good.

    If I buy a heavier ball, how much more resistance will I get at low speeds? I'm trying to heal up a rather serious injury where one of my bones in my left forearm is connected to my wrist with tendon and my wrist is locked. So it's done like that to make me able to rotate my arm.

    • @rpmpower
      @rpmpower  5 лет назад

      Hi Jesper, I don't recommend a heavier ball with this condition, I'd rather see you using one of the 280Hz models instead...but using it for longer each session (and always within your own physical ability).
      I'd recommend caution against using a Titan or Diablo in any circumstance where the wrist has been locked as you've described - instead, using a lighter ball for longer spin sessions (at an increased speed IF your joint can take this kind of pressure/resistance) will be more beneficial.
      But again, because this is a unique form of exercise, I'd run it by your physician before embarking on any such forms of exercise...your condition sounds complex and caution is recommended, these Powerball products produce significant resistance when those rotors are in motion (whether it's a 280Hz or Metal model) and can catch the user unaware....not something I'd like to see happen you when the wrist has been fused like that.
      I'd certainly be keen to learn more if you've got a moment to share.
      Many thanks and with best wishes, Rory

Interestingly, we did have a device we called 'foot trainer' which...hmm...wasn't a commercial success despite doing all the things we needed it to do for the ankle. We also had several models with LEDs previously but once we started going down the strengthening and rehab route specifically (as opposed to the 'gadget' market that we had spent some time in 10 years ago), we found it more beneficial to work on improving the output of each model as opposed to burdening them with LEDs I guess. But thanks for your comments and feedback regardless, it is appreciated. With best wishes Rory

      Greetings, and thank you for your message and purchase. It's a subjective experience for each user in truth, only you can decide how long is enough.
      The important thing to bear in mind isn't really the duration of the spin, more, it's the speed at which you spin that is the issue as, even following recovery of a wrist break/fracture, you could still likely spin Powerball for 60 minutes at a REALLY slow speed and not do any harm or experience discomfort...and in so doing, you'll be doing a significant benefit to yourself as spinning Powerball at slow to moderate speeds drives enhanced blood flow throughout the limb and thus delivers oxygen and collagen healing nutrients to the "crash zone" so to speak, both of which stimulate its healing and reduce recovery times by up to 50%.
      So, if it's not causing you discomfort (if it does then of course stop immediately), then you should spin as often as possible (say, several 5-10 minute SLOW spins each day)...all of which will strengthen the heck out of the 4 main muscles in the forearm in the process while also building endurance, both of which have been reduced during that period in which the limb was in its cast.
      As long as you experience no discomfort while spinning then we recommend you spin often, it's all good stuff. Thanks again and with best wishes, Rory

      Mewtwo squad Just a few minutes a day will help just keep it slow to begin with I recently got the Titan pack my forearms were on fire after using it a little too long. Thankfully the massage ball that came in pack helped way more than I thought it would. Cant recommend it enough

    Is Titan model too heavy for after tfcc surgery rehabilitation?

    • @rpmpower
      @rpmpower  5 лет назад

      Greetings (sorry for my delayed reply).
      Yes...and no. (Life is never simple).
      Yes, because it's an oversize ball with a heavy rotor and if you spin too fast, it will generate substantially more resistance than one of the smaller, lighter Polycarbonate models which could potentially damage the recovery process as opposed to aid it...
      And no....if you spin slowly each time during that healing process then the resistance will be more than manageable (like having a Bugatti Veron and driving it around at 30mph...you'll be itching to "have a go" and will need to restrain yourself! :-)
      Hope this helps and thanks for your valued interest regardless. With my best regards, Rory

      You're out of phase with the spinning rotor is all, slow down your wrist turns at the beginning, or increase the diameter of the wrist turns and, at some point in the spin, you'll get in sync and will immediately feel that magical resistance

      Hi Nic, glad to assist; it sounds like you're out of phase with the spinning rotor (you need be only 0.5 sec out and it'll die in your hand as you've described). Please watch this video (assuming you're using an Autostart ball) and it'll show you where you're going wrong:
      ruclips.net/video/FEjH2aIAUX0/видео.html
      If it's a cord start ball you're using then please watch this video instead:
      ruclips.net/video/BKva0VxtZDk/видео.html
      Hope this helps (let me know if you're still struggling and we'll arrange a quick call).
      Best wishes, Rory

    • @rpmpower
      @rpmpower  Месяц назад

      Great for cooks that perform thousands of repetitive (chopping/slicing/dicing) movements each day. Bringing that blood flow into the muscle, tendons and ligaments of the upper limbs brings collagen healing nutrients and oxygen that promotes healing of inflamed tissue while also warming up muscles to allow them stretch and take pressure off the connecting tendons, again bringing immediate relief from RSI pain and making happier guests from all the better food you'll be producing 🥳

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You advertise life time warranty and when I have write to you, you reply that you are not taking responsibility of what the distributors are doing.
    and of course the distributors was telling "we don't exchange 'it and we don't offer spare parts" !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • @rpmpower
      @rpmpower  2 года назад

      Hi Tudor, if a customer purchases a Powerball from us directly (through our web site or store) then yes, we do offer a lifetime warranty with the product.
      If the purchase is made through the store of one of our distributors then it is the policy of the distributor which dictates whether or not they will offer the same warranty - lifetime warranty is quite unique and many businesses will not offer it, but again, we do not dictate this, we just ensure that it's available when someone purchases directly from our store.
      If you wish to correspond with us directly however (send an email to: 'info@ the web address printed on the grip band"), we will see how we can help to solve any problem that you might have.
      Thanks Tudor. Kind regards, Rory
