Like that if she gives the money good you make a lot and if she complain then you can say "you forced me to stop into my job, you assaulted me, you almost broken my work tool which doesn't cost 25 dollar , so i charge you for all of this plus the extra work in the last minute so yeah it's 10k or go away
Last story had me like "Isn't this something EVERYONE who has been around a hill learns before hitting double digits?" like I wasnt even 5 before I knew that even walking at normal speed down a steep hill is dangerous.

Story 3 & 4, yikes. These OPs need to leave and file a restraining order because these respective women are unhinged, controlling psychopaths.
5th story: I have experience with that and I have never ever gone too fast for my legs or ever had to do that on a steep hill in my life and my shoes are basically bald because I walk on things that destroy the treads on my shoes.
Story 4 - She's got serious problems. You need to end it ASAP.
Last story - I never thought of it as something that needed to be told. Lol. I thought it was more instinctual, like survival instinct or even just your sense of balance, that it's a bad idea. And that you'd still likely find out the hard way at some point as a kid.
Yeah, as kids we would usually make it a game. Run down a hill, and then let yourself fall down when you couldn't go on anymore. The one who could make it till the end without falling would win.
Third story: Age is just a legality. If they're both consenting adults, it's not our business. That being said, OP's girlfriend obviously feels insecure about the age gap and the relationship shouldn't continue.
The fourth story. It hurts because he has empathy and unlike his ex-girlfriend gives a damn about how he treats others.
Waring to everyone : when someone tries to isolate you it does not mean they are just very hurt and insecure. It means they are manipulating you into total isolation from those who truly love and care for you to abuse you. It's the 101 of all abuseres of all types. If you see such thing is starting to happen in any kind of human relationship then cut that person off for good and do not give in to any kind of emotional manipulation such as guilt tripping you or even threats of self harm and self deletion. These people are extremely dangerous so please be careful out there. And remember : it is not your fault you if you fall victim to their mind games at first. They are professional at their evil craft. You are neither stupid nor to blame. Only the perpetrators of evil are to blame. Don't let that stop you from breaking free and recovering over time.

Wearing shoes that werent fit for the trail is how a kid in my high school died.
Its been a few years, but if i remember rightly, leaning back and shortening stride length slows you down on a down hill run..... then again running down a hill when theres no cheese involved is kinda mental

If I were the OP in the first story, I would have said something to the priest on the side after the family had christened their child. The priest would’ve had Karen and her family banned from that church
For the first story, I would take the picture, and just not give it to her. She wanted the picture, fine, but she never paid to GET the picture

Based on how she acted throughout the service and how people reacted when the photographer put her right in her place that is more than likely true and is quite understandable.

Last Story: I don’t mean to sound mean, but it had me belly laughing, and that’s because I’ve been there. Except I was walking down hill with my hands in my pockets. When you fall like that, it can make for some of the most humorous experiences in your life. I looked like a chicken flopping about trying to get my hands out of my pockets. 🤣🤣
Story 1 : So I did some research regarding what the Entitled Karen offering to pay 20 quid to the photographer who charged 85 pounds. It turns quid and pounds are the same currency. So this Entitled Karen was trying to get this photographer to photograph her kid for about a 76% percent discount. Lady you are crazy.
RE: Story 1 - £85 for a dedicated photographer for several hours of an event is an EXCELLENT rate. I've worked with professional photographers that wouldn't take the time to show off their camera for £20 (obviously a joke---because everyone knows that you can't stop a professional photographer from showing off their cameras).
First of all the photographer need more respect. He/she just shut her down the correct way

3rd story: oh god reminds me of my ex. She would get “bored” within 10 minutes of spending time with my family but yet not get bored when spending time with her family. We also couldn’t have a day where we don’t leave the apartment for at minimum most of the day and just spend time together watching movies or something nor could I sleep in past 7 am even though I’d get off work between 1-4 am.
I would have assumed it was $500 (or pounds, if you like) minimum for that photographer. I can’t believe it was only 85 pounds. A photographer for a wedding is $1,000 minimum.

I know this is over a year old.. but 10:39 is not on saying she's too old. I am 17 years older than my husband, and we'll have been married 15 years next month. We have an amazing relationship, it took a while for me to shake off the thoughts of being too old. I flew from the US to Perth Australia in 2009, we got married in June. We live in a small mining town, and here I am a water girl.. LOL!

Third story: OP needs to kick her out and move on. I've dealt with her type before. She's nothing more than an overgrown middle school mean girl who never mentally matured past the adolescent bully mindset. It's not OP's fault that she had bad relationships in the past. The girlfriend is clearly a narcissist who's used to getting her way by any means necessary and just trying to isolate OP and keep him away from everyone that he cares about. The poor regulation of emotions, gaslighting, projection, constant need to be the center of attention, in the spotlight and flipping out when she doesn't get her way just screams are all the warning signs of a toxic relationship. It should go without saying, I can see why she's divorced in the first place. Going after someone that much younger who doesn't have the life skills or world-weariness to see that this is an unhealthy relationship is a grooming process. He needs to get rid of her.

Fourth story, I think that yeah, she was a bit childish for doing that (also let's have in mind that he didn't talk to her at any point, he just went there with her stuff, without actualy knowing what she was going to say, and left), but even tho he was going thru tought times, you don't just forget you have a partner and stop caring. She did that because he shut down, her mistake was to do that as a wake up call, but what else do you do when your partner shuts down? turns out she was right and he didn't care anymore. I think she is the one who dodged a bullet.

unrelated to the reddit posts but what game is this? I saw it when I think I was 12 at an old friend's place and I never knew the name of it, always wanted to play it for myself though.
That game that is being played in the background is prototype 2. You want to know why I know? The Answer: I played game on my ps3 that been broken for a long time. The parts that are broken are the disk ejector, a few controllers and a the chargers. If you are console players in comment section please help me. P.S. did not realize I typed an paragraph 😂.
