No, this is actively, without buoyant assistance, pushing itself upwards similarly to a helicopter except it doesn't use aerofoils but rather pure thrust and a tiny bit of pressure difference from the fans (kinda like an aerofoil)
Never mind, the duct acts as a foil, I'm kinda dumb
