Can you let me know where the video is to change the platen? Mine cap with the label platen attached and I need to switch out to the Cap platen but there are no instructions. Thank you

Does the Display Screen NOT show all Heat, time etc While working? or does it just show when setting up? I have the Swing away Not clamshell and not finding Any video on this one =( Well, not what i need
I bought this but am struggling to find what type of hat style (structured or unstructured or low profile) works best with this size platen. Any advice. I really would like it to be a great addition to my business.
