If you are new to cubing, here is a great tutorial that will teach you how to solve a Rubik's Cube. I hope this tutorial helps you with your first steps in the world of cubing.
The idea of this video is not that you copy the exact moves I do - this video is meant to teach you the algorithms and when to use them, using my cube as an example. It's up to you to apply the knowledge to your own cube.

FIRST LAYER (3:22):
Inserting a corner from bottom left: D, L, Di, Li
Inserting a corner from bottom right: Di, Ri, D, R
SECOND LAYER (8:25):
Inserting an edge piece down to the left: Ui, Fi, U, F, U, R, Ui, Ri
Inserting an edge piece down to the right: U, R, Ui, Ri, Ui, Fi, U, F
THIRD LAYER (11:12):
Cross (edge pieces facing up): F, R, U, Ri, Ui, Fi
Moving edge pieces around: R, U, Ri, U, R, U, U, Ri

The best way I found to solve my rubik's cube is to yeet it at a wall and put the pieces back in solved position

When I got to the last part I didn’t work, so I had to resolve the corners and second layer again! But then I tried to use the algorithm for that and it did not work, so I guess I have to restart
Update: After restarting, I did it again and it worked! Thanks a lot!

tbh, i can solve a cube but all of the tutorials i have watched to perfect myself are a lot helpful, this is for the people that mostly already have a sense of the cube, deffo not for begginers.

Man I feel bad I forgot to give feedback to you. But two years ago, I got a rubies for my birthday and wanted to solve it, I watched awhile bunch of videos trying to solve it, but they went to fast or they didn’t make sense. But when I finally found this video after uncounted videos, I wasn’t able to solve it the first day, but I still liked this video the most. You made lots of sense and went very slow which is good. After five days I was able to solve it, and when It was my birthday party, I impressed my family members and friends. Ty for this video

My tips to all watching this video. Memorize how to solve each row. Don't try to solve the whole cube right away. Once you have it down, study how the pieces move. It's easier to watch the cubes move when you're not thinking about your next move. Also, whenever you mess up, start from the very beginning. It will help you understand your mess up. Finally, and this is the most important one, get rid of all distractions when you're learning how to solve a Rubik's cube. You really need to focus on what you're doing first. This should only take an hour or so to figure out. I got my time down to under 5 minutes the same day. Stick to it. You'll get it. Just takes focus, patience, and practice.

Been fiddling with a Rubik's Cube for 30 years - now my son is interested in solving it and had no clue where to begin. Following these steps and taking advantage of the pause and replay really helped me understand the process even though I have a horrible memory. I’ve tried this many times, but I always end up messing up on the very last step. I always end up with a perfect cube, except for one corner that isn’t correctly oriented. If I use the last algorithm on it, it just jumbles up the rest of the cube. Am I doing anything wrong?
Its impossible to have one corner thats not correctly orientated, in that case you just need to grab the corner and forcibly rotate it with your fingers to solve it
i have the same problem! otherwise this video is great and helped me lots, but when i orient the last corner it all gets destroyed!
BacH I thought this was a joke comment at first, but after 10+ tries i actually did wait until i only had misoriented corners, and took them out and put them all back in with correct orientation. After scrambling it, I actually solved it! Someone must've solved it the 'easy' way before... Is there any way to solve a Rubik's cube when the cubes were put in wrong?

watch it a couple times. write down the algorithms. pause the video. follow along, he does some steps quick, but if you pay attention to every word, it works.
i dont know why but when i did the final algorithm for the yellow cross i still dont have the yellow cross
also i always get a case where only 1 yellow edge piece is next to the yellow core

Firstly double check that the first two layers have been solved correctly - if they are, then your cube has been assembled incorrectly and will be impossible to solve unless you take it apart.

i’ve solved the white top the whole 9 but the sides are not all the same colour on the side like the 3 next to the white top and he doesn’t explain that, any help?

click on setting on the video and slow down the clip on the speed option to 0.25

1 corner piece should have all of the same color at 1 side. You should just listen to him over and over until you understand.. that's what i did. it's hard to explain in text.

what if all of the edge pieces have yellow in the second layer
Perform either of the two algorithms so that a yellow edge piece is inserted, as this will bring the non-yellow piece up to the top, where you can then move it back down into the correct place.

Definitely the BEST video. Could be MUCH SLOWER during the algorithms but *HINT* I just paused the video and wrote them down. I kept getting to the very last algorithm to fix the last four corners and would end up ruining the entire cube and having to start all over. Took 3 days cuz I needed breaks. But I finally got it. Really have to take your time and pay very close to attention to little things he says. One small mistake would send me back to step one. But greatest vid👍🏾

on the third layer, while moving edge pieces around, you can do R, U2, Ri, Ui, R, Ui, Ri instead. I find it easier to remember myself
Perfect algorithms!!! I messed up the first time but I solved the cube and had memorised all the algorithms on my second shot (the same night within 4 hours) ! Quiet easy way to solve the cube for a beginner...So useful brah

Thanks man this really helped and i was able to solve it quickly in less than 2 days. Although I think it was easier for me because I already had memorized the turns(U,D,R,L, etc.)

For the middle layer you only showed how to rotate the edge peices for the right and not the left

This is pretty good, but you lose us around 13:40 when you start talking about edges being "in the right place." Also, when you talk about repeating the algorithm, it's not clear on which face we should repeat it. The same one as before, or another face that matches the original condition?

For the last step, the yellow and white sides were finished but the edges and corners are not right on the top layer
