A tip for 2-wide chests: place them in columns rather than rows, so you only have to travel half the distance going between them. 😜 Most people seem to be making life harder for themselves like this due to horizontal bias...
Layouts really don't matter. We're literally traveling all over the map, a few extra steps in my base isn't a life saver lol.

Absolutely! At first I was like, "nah I know where my stuff is." Then I used it & it is 100% a time saver! Really great tip & one that I'm sure a lot of people will use! 👊
there another one someone showed me. if you place a 3x3 block of dirt wall (any wall will work) and replace the right side middle wall with a door (has to be the right side because of how the doors open), go inside your block structure and close the door behind you, it will try to clip you through and get you stuck. which will automatically respawn you in your last bed. instant fast travel to somewhere other than core
also works for hardcore. it seems like it kills you but doesnt actually count as a death
example: 0= wall
Yeah, that's killed me before. Not looking for glitches as most people won't be looking either or won't get them to work properly.
Tips to teleport between 2 base faster(sort of, and only work if your main base is near the core)
1. Craft a bunch of recalling thing
2. Bring it your second base
3. Place a bed and sleep on it for a few seconds
4. Pack your inventory full
5. Use the teleport thing ( bam you are on your base)
Warning DO NOT SLEEP ON MAIN BASE'S BED
6. When you want to go back to your second base, just die ( you can only bring the first slot of your inventory)
7. You are back at your second base

Absolutely.
A thing I do since the update, regarding materials for crafting stations and repair is use a double chest. This way u can then put 6 things next to it. I wish I could show an image here lol but basically 2 chests top, bottom and 1 left and right. This allows 6 things connected to one big chest!! You can still access the chest. If it's too annoying then you could just do 4 or 5 stations attached to it and get easy access still but I do 6 and I do fine :D I have 5 main crafting stations I use the most and then my repair station and it's amazing! So easy just dump all your bars/wood/etc into one chest. You can access the chest still from the bottom left corner or bottom right.

No, it makes perfect sense & it's easily understood lol. Definitely a timesaver for people looking to easily craft things without going to 6 different places for resources or crafting!
@@OriginalRyan You can even put crafting tables diagonally adjacent to chests. I'm a new player and playing with a friend we killed the slime boss yesterday. The double chest has the first 3 crafting tables, salvage bench and 2 anvils next to it with room for more!
Doing this you can have 9 benches next to a double chest with a single square free for restocking. Definitely handy for us and our single large chest :)

For item repairs you can use scrap parts, 1 scrap : 1 item full repair, I load wood tools into a chest and use robot arms to load them into the repair table then destroy them for scrap and keep a stack on me when i switch to my repair world
Scrap parts no longer repair things. Recent patch changed that. It now requires materials that the item was crafted with & the amount depends on the remaining durability of the item.

The Rune Song? If you lost it or something, you can always craft another one. You'll just have to purchase the rune parchment & gather all of the resources again. I'd recommend starting a new world & taking your main character in there for fresh & fast resources. Otherwise I'm not sure how you'd get your original one back.

What is that green ground in your base?
It's just the wilderness ground tilled with a hoe to prevent mob spawns in my base.

Are the generator's here to light up your base?
or is there anything wired under your ground?
Just for lights, I've got electrical connectors underneath, but only to connect the lights & generators.
The game *really* needs repeaters to relay electrical signal vs having to have generators all over your base. Just make them work the same as electrical tiles where they can be placed underneath floor tiles. Or just remove fading of electrical signal over distance entirely... I don't get why games do this (Minecraft, for instance). Sure, electrical signals do have some loss over distance but nowhere near what these games portray.
Agree 100%! The connectors are fine, but the power loss is way too noticeable over even 5-10 tiles.

i cant belive this guy had so mutch time to get all those weapons and pickaxes thats almost like 50 to 80 hours of killing bosses and exploring a spesific biom WHY~~???? man just isnt afraid of lag aswell you know damn well he dosent need that mutch plants and n such like bro this video triggers me a lot
Apologies that I like to have more than I'll need. Frees up time to do other stuff when updates are released. When I play multiplayer, others don't need a lot of stuff either.

The double yellow Azeos chest is from the "Awakened Azeos" fight that was part of the Eoster event.

how can i place water?
You can't really place it. You need to trench a path for the water to follow. If you want the mold or acid water in your base, you'll need to have that water follow a path all the way to your base. The regular blue water from other biomes can't be brought to your base having that particular biome's fish either. It will revert to whatever biome you're in.
