You can also add peanut butter to this and extra cream and you just turned it into peanut butter mousse pie, and even could use chocolate cookies for the crust. Such a versatile recipe! Swap sugar for swerve and this is keto.

I made these today - came out yummmm loved them also guys a tip from my experience of making these if you want after you have put the cookie crumbs in the liner put the liner in the freezer for only 1 or 2 mins while u make the rest and then put the cream cheese thingi after 1 or 2 mins of putting it in the freezer and removing it ...
