    my doubt is - impact level - frequency column- will that be measured annually/quarterly or just once at the start of the proj ?

      Excellent 👏🏼 question. Impact ideally done at the time of the evaluation, but implementing organisations still take an interest to include it in their annual reports

      @@nikidcruz9228 the M&E framework is the same throughout the project. But when developing it every stakeholder should be involved. Then you agree on how often you can monitor certain indicators

      Yes calculations of indicators is dependent on the indicator reference sheets and how you or your organisation explains how the indicator is derived

      At endeline he want to reduce the proportion of farmers in poverty to 25%.

    Regarding reporting I have a question. It is written where will it be reported rather than who will it be reported to I am confused shouldn't it be Annual report or a research report?

      @@memadesimple I meant the last column is about reporting and in hint it is written where it needs to be reported but in the video you are saying that we need to write about who we need to report rather than where we need to report. Clarify this please. Other than this I think that your video is really helpful for premature evaluators like me.

    so, you said people confuse M&E system with M&E framework, so should we say that M&E plan is as same as M&E system?

      Not really, an M&E system is everything, starting from the human resource, tools & methods to be used meanwhile a plan is a document that describes how the system will work, then a framework is just a section in form of a table or matrix that illustrates how indicators link to outputs
