At 7:57, when you pointed out that we should start with the overall goal working downwards towards inputs and then looking at key assumptions from the bottom-up and only after that we tackle the indicators of our successes at each level. Maybe a minute could have been spent on factoring in the assumptions, linking them with the first column through "and if", which I find to be one of the hardest parts.
I think 'mission' is a better term than 'overall goal' as it tends to clarify the difference of framing. Objectives are naturally subsidiary to and accumulate to achievement of the mission.
