The inking brush is China Marker 2 from the Kyle drawing box in Photoshop. But I exported it, pulled it into Clip Studio, and messed with the guts a bit. 😆

@@moanicadk9729 You're welcome! Sorry it wasn't a brush that's more readily available. The Crow Quill from Jimmy Reyes and the Rusty Nibs 1-5 from True Grit Texture Supply are really close. I basically just adjusted the pressure curve to have a really fine scratchy tip.
