In my opinion, the only ones who really failed us were Kasabian themselves. They let down the fans who have been with them for a decades and Tom, but him years before that. Tom has always been and always will be one of the best frontmen, he's earned that title over the years and it will stay with him

Serge will never be a good frontman for Kasabian. For slp, which they are now, of course, but not for the group that was the best live act in the world. I do not support Serge and after knb I know for sure that I will no longer go to their performances. I can find the instrumental on the Internet.
If you read up on the story, Tom is totally remorseful about it... and owns his part, in what can only be described as disgraceful behaviour. What more is expected from him?
Stealing the show while supporting Liam Gallagher at Knebworth and Hampden in front of 205,000 people, headlining multiple festivals over the summer, back to playing arenas again after a sell out "intimate" tour, and almost certainly guaranteed another number 1 album in the next couple of weeks. That doesn't sound like failure to me.
