Realtors will never say its not worth it. My family lives in Westlake. They bought in 2016 and they love it as we do but nothing and I mean nothing justifies the prices in that area as well as the rest of Florida. Bubble is looming and gonna bust. Interest rates aren't going to come down and with the economy on life support month by month the 1 state that will feel it the most? Yes Florida. My parents will ne fine tho. They saved very well and don't have a mortgage. But foreclose numbers have creeped up in some areas in Florida and will only accelerate in the next 6-12mths. Having said that I will buy in Westlake then when the builders get desperate. They have become greedy and its not a good thing for Florida where a good majority of the buyers are retirees or close to retiring.
A lotta stuff there Wolverine :) We have not seen any indication of rising foreclosure numbers. Most homeowners have already built equity in there homes. Nice to have you to our channel!
@@LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA I was refering to homes report on the market. Foreclosure up 32%. Could be wrong.
I don't believe that number is accurate. I have not seen it. We are at about all-time highs in prices in Palm Beach. Nice to have you to our channel! Let us know if there is ever anything we can do!
