Something that might not come to mind immediately is that most of the unique districts have reduced cost as opposed to the standard. Who cares about what special nonsense your districts are going to pull if they're all half price. In my opinion that's actually the bigger bonus here.

River Goddess and Jesuit Education is actually one of my favorite religion combos when playing as Mali! Sugubas bring holy sites closer to rivers and then Jesuit education benefits from the 20% discount that the Suguba provides. Cheers!
I think you could fit a pretty good fidget spinner(ish) in your capital. I believe those are two separate flood plains and that you could place dams on. with an aqueduct and come commercial hubs, you could probably get another +9. Plus it would help the +6 that you already have placed
Kupe being an absolute thorn stealing both Desert Folklore and then Feed the World on the turn you were picking up a religion. As a player it hurts so much, but as a viewer it's good content
This needs to be in the base game! I wamt those fancy districts in every game! (Not really but like half cost districts with Rome or Japan would make the most powerful world domination Civ no better world building Civ. The Potato Mcwhisky custom Civ mod is very needed in the base game.
Honestly, the AI is less annoying about their religion in this game than they were in Civ 5. I swear that the AI goes out of their way to convert the player's cities even if they have cities of their own that aren't following their religion yet. And of course telling the AI to screw off does literally nothing as no matter what they say they'll just keep converting your cites and your cities alone no matter what
The real question: do we have an artist that has a charge for everyone of ursa drawings? Or an alternative ursa from the talented inquisitive otter mod that is super good with great artists?
I dont know what it is about AI but they love adjacency pantheons. Even Kongo who can't build holy sites take them, war civs like Alexander take them and not build any holy sites whole game. This is why when I see a desert or tundra I can never even consider those pantheons and religion as an option, those pantheons are not viably obtainable besides Mali and Russia.
There are few questions appearing: what unique harbor better, i think it is Coton, what encampment better? I think ikanda. Capicabana or hippodrome? Hippo i guess. Oppid or hanza? Hanza.
it is so nuts, soo much science, and going hanse and commercialhub next is perfect, as you get there so much faster on the back of 2-3 +4 or more campuses. its also great to just put down out of the way of the other district lands, so you can plan your industrial diamonds out perfectly and they just get put away from there.

So as England , no Harbors/RoyalDockyards, no Sea dogs, no Redcoats, No industrial zone. Just spin up a random Civ and refuse to use/make any of the features that make that Civ special.
Rolls nubia/gaul - Cant place mines. Rolls rome - cant settle??? Rolls zulu - cant capture cities after mercenaries until mobilization Rolls babylon - cant get eurekas??? Rolls china - cant get eurekas or inspirations Rolls vietnam - cant ever move on rainforest/forest. Also no districts.

Have you tried a game where you are simply not allowed to use any unique abilities/districts/units of your chosen Civ?
He played a pure blank civ last week or the week before. No bonuses, no special districts, units, or improvements.
