an elderly man at my church once said "if you want to loose weight just stop taking your hand to your mouth." ive lost 53 pounds in about 7 months. still eating what i want just watching portions & moving around more. how do you get your hair to look so nice all the time its very pretty.
I also read a guys book and he says to eat when truly hunger and to stop when full. Many people keep eating belong fullness cause the food tastes too goo or they were taught to clean their plates or whatever reason.
My name is Ann Marie I’m a food addict. Since the age of 4 I have been in the kitchen with my mum, grannies and great aunts cooking I’m 61 this year. If there’s an event I’m cooking some if not all the food, if there’s a party I’m in the kitchen. It’s just my hubby and I at home now and I find it hard to cook for just the two of us. I have a lot of help tho with 11 grandkids 8 of them live within shouting distance so no food goes to waste. I think you’re looking fantastic, I’m glad to hear that mom is doing so well. To get all your water in, maybe try 1-2 strawberries or cherries pureed in the water? You are a better trooper than I would be with that medicine. I can't stand to be sick to my stomach or vomit...I would rather just do the traditional weight loss. I wish you well in this journey Noel!! Those piglets are so cute....kittens too. Also, happy birthday to Luke. 12 years old...time has sure flown by.

Dole has some water enhancers that are not too sweet and have no sugar. Welch’s has some as well. I also add more then the 16 ounces of water they say to use so it’s not so sweet
Your taking the shots so you aren't supposed to be hungry a lot. I took the Olympic for a year for my diabetes. Lost from 315 to 197. I'm not on the shots now due to insurance won't pay for it cuz everyone is taking it for weight loss. I sure wish I can get UT back and get my sugar under control. Good luck

Is it ozempic or something similar? My sister is doing the HCG shots again and she’s dropping. But I always mess that up cuz I will use lotion or stuff like that and that throws it off. Plus you have to sleep and I’m a horrible sleeper so I’m still looking for something to do. When did you start your channel? Was Luke about to be 7? Or was it 6? I cannot believe he is 11!! What in the world? I’ve been going thru an unexpected divorce and pretty much raising my grandson. Omg I’m in love with him. Anyway blah blah blah. I’ve been on this before and so has my husband and dad but I can tell you it doesn’t last. In the beginning yes but the food aversion is short term. You will go back to wanting to eat
Drip drop electrolytes has a sugar free lemon lime flavor, not sweet at all. Actually a little tart. Amazon usually has a deal on them. And as far as those drink mixes...most are very sweet. But dollar tree has been carrying Dole brand. The strawberry pineapple is not overly sweet. And I use a half packet of a quart...just right.

My surgeon reminded me that I'm in my mid 70s and I'm not super-woman. I have an ear infection right now. My doctor put my on amoxicillin so it should clear up soon.
I'm glad the shot is working for u!! I've been on it for 6 months and no weight loss at all.. I don't think it curves my appetite like it does for most people.. sadly I'm starting to think weightloss surgery is my only option

So many actors, rich people want to lose weight quick they are buying up the supply and diabetes are having a difficult time getting their meds. If your medical insurance will pay for the injections, your co-pay is still $800-$1,000 or more per month. That’s more than half of my SS check so I’ll continue to cut portions and walk.
I was on trulicity about a year and a half ago. Same symptoms. I am T2 diabetic. But I think I am going to have to go back on it. All I do is think about food. I hate it. And I have mobility issues so running, working out and jumping around is a no for me. People don’t understand what it is like to have food on your mind 24/7. I hate it.

The meds should not be making you that sick.
I don't understand why, if you ate so miserable, you do this. I could not. Also as soon as you stop injections the affects stop working.
