Grant, congratulations on being an expectant father.
THANK YOU
When the student becomes the teacher…if rippetoe’s ego would allow him to do so, he’d be proud of broggi
He's got a natural charisma for sure. Overall likable man. Really enjoy his content.
Congratulations, Grant. I noticed you're already showing ;-)
Congratulations on news of expecting your child Grant will be praying for y’all 😊
Thanks brother
This is the reason I still do SS. Turning 50 this year and want to remain strong into my "golden" years. Great vid as a reminder that this program is definitely not just for skinny 16 year olds trying to bulk up. Its for anyone and everyone. Also still doing the power cleans at 50. Well see how long that lasts....LOL.
Power cleans are tough cardio, too.
Great message Grant and congrats on the family growth 🐣
Thanks so much
Grant congratulations on the baby started praying for you guys 21Jan24 checked you off this morning before I watched this video because I, "had a word" God is good.
Amen.
I'm 58 years young. You are bang on about strength being a choice. The gyms should be FULL of grey haired athletes....train on!
🎉 congrats on expecting a baby.
I agree Grant,I'm 66yrs old and I can understand how older I have changed, keep plugging away though.
Yep!
Nah, the true goal of strength training is to LIFT HEAVY ASS WEIGHT!!! Yeah buddy!!!
YEAH BUDDY
I strongly agree that people's sedentary lifestyles today cause them to atrophy. I'm a conservative on physical exercise because I believe human health was better in the 1800's when people were more physically active. We need today's medicine with the 1800's physical work ethic.
