    Step 1- pay money to do the Starting Strength program, because I have no pro-level expertise in basic barbell lifts or the basics of building whole-body strength.
    Step 2- assume I know more than the coach I’m paying because of something I read in a magazine.

    Doing deadlift every session is hard for me even after a week starting the program. I am doing 60kg deadlift. 😢
