I get that I dont do this but I still get kind of irritated enduro racers arent considered in the topic of best athletes. Im willing to bet a vast majority of top athletes wouldnt last on most of these tougher tracks.
well, depends: it's a combination of skills and endurance. If you have good skills you won't be that tired because the bike is caring you, but if you have bad skills then you have to push the bike a lot and that is exhausting

I am not really a video expert. Still trying stuff: hero 9 black,1080p wide, 120fps, stabilization maxed but I upscaled to 4k after. Everything else is default :D
@hardendurorider where do you upscale your video? Also how do you keep you go pro on for so long? What battery do you use?
I upscale when I edit the video. I had an external battery connected via a cable

@@jayinla228 you're welcome. It's a 10000 mAH battery. Nothing special. I removed the GO Pro's battery, otherwise when it reaches 100% it stops charging. So I only the go pro connected to the external one

This looks amazing. How come on the open sections youre not pushing that hard but in the technical atuff youre flying? Is it timed per section?
is not that easy as it looks: these are races of 50-100km and every single corner is new, is not like you know the track (as if you would in motocross). You might have a lot of rocks, roots, etc under the gras and because of that you cannot go very very fast. Also the gopro makes it feel like you move slowly (sometimes I even ask myself why did I go that slow, but whenever I ride it doesn't feel slow :D and I am not really a slow rider)
@@hardendurorider oh no I am not saying your slow at all, you'd certainly leave me standing. It was just the pace in the technicals v the open stuff that through. It's still a great video :)

I am Indonesian, I really like events like this, but the average Indonesian is short, not so much when riding a motorbike like this.
You can try a beta xtrainer lowered or a ktm free ride. Might be a good compromise.

it's a race from the Romanian National Hard Enduro Championship. If you ignore the stupid placement of the first uphill where everyone was stuck, it was a nice race

@@hardendurorider It's incredible how you all can ride with such skill, strength, and stamina.
I can see making challenging elements in a hard enduro , but when the terrain is so challenging with limited potential for anything but single lane access that masses of good riders bind up in rather than being challenged and slowed , it shows poor ability to envision trail mapping and event solvency. Calling these events hard enduro is an inappropriate naming , need to be called( rock block and crawl racing) . Even top line riders bind up and are stopped often not reflective of their abilities and skills . But if this is what riders like and want more power to them.
You're right, but for some reason the organizer likes doing this: it's the same every year recently :D

I know, I know ... but is not that easy to do that because the path is not clear, you might have rocks or roots you cannot see, etc. On the motocross track you know the terrain in advance.

@@hardendurorider I can! Some of these climbs would be very difficult for a horse not to mention that it could brake a leg in that rocky riverbed and, even if it made it safe out of this course, it would take several more hours to cover that distance.
