Its a nice soulution by SRAM .When tightening the crankarm on NDS the spindle just tighten at the 22 mm bearing, leaving the spindle at the Drive side bearing "floating" sideways under load, taking up only the lateall load. That makes it almost impossible to overtighten.

25x37x7 !! This is the same dimension bearing on Shimano bb !! Are you sure gxp bb is 25mm ?

You mention the seal is easily removable. Can it be pressed back in like a regular bearing seal?

No, SRAM DUB is a totally different beast with a nominal spindle diameter of around 29 mm. You need a bottom bracket specifically for SRAM DUB.
