今天看了视频心动去食，食了太失望。不会去第二次。
中秋節那天想趁開幕不久,食材最奇碼新鮮，去捧場、嚐鲜；但太太太失望了，只有蛭子及黄喉特殊，其餘沒有一道菜好吃，炸物太乾，蝦、蟹脚明顯不新鲜，同行八人没有一個人說好，不會再去了😢
謝謝介紹! 一定會去試! 尤其是看到某些評論。有時評論反而更能激發好奇心呢😂
2024年了，食物價錢的確貴了很多。$40 認為貴的火星人，平日一定是吃便宜餐館的。正如現在中價 pizza 約 $30， 硬要和 Costco $10 比較，這是沒有意思的。
而且，服務費是用來 offset 營業開支，老闆決定因此不收小費，這是很無奈的商業決定。大家不要混為一談。
經營自助餐，向來是吃力不討好。付 $40 要去賺到盡的，應該喝點燉湯，沒理由吃炸物啊!

What there’s a 15% service charges for buffet!!
The owner doesn’t charge gratuity. What bothers you? Unless you normally drop tips less than 15% then I understand why this is a huge WHY to you, and it’s shocking enough for you to use three exclamation marks to emphasize your feelings.

Service fee, in tax liability is considered the business' income, that's why it is taxable. The business may use this freely to offset any expenditures. 服務費，在公司税務上算作收入，所以是必需要打税的。這項費用，公司有自由度作任何開支用途。
Some examples which may be related to this all you can eat restaurant. This service fee may be used to cover extra electric bill due to the recent unusually hot weather. Or, to cover extra cost on crab legs due to fishermen's catch or supply. These are some examples of behind the scene services, to assure the standard set for customers. 這家自助餐的相關例子，是公司可用於因應近來酷熱天氣下大幅增加的電費單。或是用於因漁獲或貨源令蟹脚來貨漲價。這些都是保證客人用餐質素背後的服務。

暫時冇咁精緻嘅自助餐出現。
休士頓的UMI差多了
留意到小孩子盘子里还是炸薯条，披萨，后面一定是冰激凌, 对他们来说去哪里吃都一样。
自助餐的吸引力， 就是隨意愛吃甚麽也可以， 包括試吃從沒有試過的食物。那無形的、無拘無束任君選擇的歡樂氣氛， 大人小孩也感受得到。 無論吃什麼也可以咯 😋

哇 3-5歲也要$10.99喲
這樣對沒小孩的顧客來說，可能比較算公平些，因為不用分擔別人小孩的成本。
我用媽咪視角而言，帶着3-5歲兒女，能夠去享受自助餐不用煮食，小孩在自助餐環境吃東西又開心，他們吃一點加州卷，幾口湯麵，蒸魚，西蘭花，甜點水果，已經物有所值。2024 Happy meal 也不便宜呢!
Too many pre-made sushi laying around, i hope they keep it cold to keeps fish fresh. Unfortunately, i got motion sickness after watching 2 minutes. Cant continued, i think your video needed more close up and slower movements.....

幾百個人吃自助餐，總有幾個會拉肚子。有些人的腸胃，受不了一餐之內，吃進不同的食物。
另有些人，不注意食物性質相沖相剋，例如吃螃蟹其實最好不要喝凍飲或熱茶。吃自助餐最佳辦法，就是因自己體質和健康，量力而為 ❤
