A lot of cool games ahead. Some pirate themed as well that I want to hear about! I want to see the Heroes of Might and Magic as I was a PC player as well.
Well, to be very honest, Nusfjord will probably not stay in my collection. The main board(s) feels a bit weird, the game is too light for my taste and doesn't have a lot of 'meat' on it. Hallertau, on the other hand, is much more to my liking. Many decisions to take, highly thematic, more complex but still simple to setup and simple to learn. Edge of Darkness- didn't arrive to my table yet. I'm on a farming spree! I'm not learning and playing Viticulture
Edge of Darkness is MUCH better mechanically than Dead Reckoning (it depends if you like area control more, personally I like both and I just find the replayability much higher in Edge of Darkness and it's more balanced overall). If you end up enjoying it and are a solo player, I recommend the Unstoppable campaign coming up in a few weeks (John D Clair as well and similar deck building/crafting mechanics).
I totally agree with your opinions on the Witcher game. I bought the big box (for WAY too much). It's not worth the faff for me. And it takes SO LONG to play, even at lower player counts. Just like you said, it's just not it. Also EXACTLY what happened for me'; it kept me from backing Witcher Path of Destinies. I don't think the designer is very good and I know Game On Board is working on a new Cyberpunk game and it has me woooorried. Guess we'll see. On Uwe Resonburg, have you tried Feast for Odin? I think that's my favorite Uwe game. Def not a farming game, though.
Phewww! I was so worried I will get crucified for Witcher! Haha glad to see I'm not alone out there.. I've heard so many good things about Feast for Odin so ai know it's something I have to try. Just waiting for a good price on the second hand market. I just received this week Fields of Arle. What's yoir take on that?
Nah, it’s definitely catered towards fans of Witcher and people who don’t play a lot of board games, I think. And I’ve never tried it but heard great things!
Yeah I think you kind of nailed it. After finishing I think a half of my second game I just couldn't understand how people continue playing this. Felt very stupid buying the big box. But! It was a good lesson to be honest 😅 you know.. fool me once 😉
Very Interesting video, love the game that have to come 👍
Thanks Mark!
I'll try to address them as quickly as possible 😊
The Witcher!!!! And I thought we could be friends...
Hahah Alex!!
We both know that playing this game with more than 2 players is agony.
Give me a good reason to regret my decision 😉
@@ezbgames 3 is tolerable :)

So I think we'll have a busy month together my friend 🤩
Glen More II is swapping places with Concordia for my #1 of all time of 375 distinct games played.
Whhhoooaaa!!!
May I ask what did you like in Gken More so much? What am I missing?
Very keen to hear your thoughts on the new entries into your collection

@@ezbgames The other Uwe game that I have heard people like from the farming perspective is Fields of Arle
Fields of Arle arrived to me this week.. I'll check it very soon 🤩
@@ezbgames I fully expect you to give the next update video in a farming outfit ☺️
That will be hilarious!!
