Love how you talk through what you're doing and why you're doing it. Really helpful when understanding my own hornet! Do we know when part 3 will be out?
Is the TPS fine to go into the Ultrasonic Tank? I'd be worried that it would get fluid into it. Also, pilot fuel screws, I can see your reasoning for not removing them but they're easy to remove. Mark and count number of turns in, note it and photograph if necessary. Then all the pilot circuit can be cleaned properly.
Hi i was wondering if you could help me set up my kx110f pit bike i recently brought a new carb and chain in which i need help setting up im new to this i live in Northamptonshire
Great to see the second part. Carbs can be such a pain especially with today's fuels with added ethanol.
Greetings Steve, I really liked the video, it's increíble.
Glad you enjoyed it
Great video, mate. I'm not long after doing the same to my fireblade's carbs. I am mid forties now, so I take a picture of the jets to zoom in 😂

what cleaning fluid do you use in the sonic cleaner and what temp do you set it at.
We use a carb cleaning solution from bestultrasonic.co.uk
Normally temp is around 50oC
Thank you what size cleaner do you use to do a bank of 4 carburettors@@themobilemotorbikemechanic
What bike do you have?
I’ve got a few as I like 90s sports bikes.
@@themobilemotorbikemechanic Which bike was in the Video?
The one in the garage at the start? That’s a street fighter that I built a few years ago to go to the TT on.
Does our camera girl find the carb rebuilds interesting ?
Will need to see if I can get an answer for you but I suspect it’s a no 😁

Can you please let us all now if you are using JIS drivers when working on bikes please as I may have a job for you
He has two vessels on the table
Yes we do use JIS drivers.
Why would some of the jets differ between cylinders? Really good vid 👍
Maybe because The inner 2 Cylinder's on an Inline 4 Engine will naturally run hotter, so maybe Jetted to compensate for this ?
That’s correct 👍🏻 the inside 2 cylinders can run hotter and therefore require different jetting
