They do! They use their budget to make plushies, accessories, the card game, the anime, clothing, and rush the games out because they simply don't care about them anymore, they make more money from the rest of the stuff. Sad as it is, the Pokemon company isn't immune from greed as Kwayke said. They've forsaken the very foundation of their success for dollar signs, sad stuff.
The worst part is that it for the most part isn't even Game Freak's fault. I mean, you try pushing out content year after year with almost no chance of delays and see how long you can keep that up.
I spent ages grinding it right before it got popular and ended up being first to complete all the quests and some of the initial speedrunning but it gets boring after a while IMO, just not enough variety in the routes and trainers for me, would be nice to have at least some of the Kanto and Johto trainers/maps
@@blablablabla3878 Only took me just over a hundred lol. Chose not to use speedup since some other dudes were racing me to it but would've taken no time at all like that. Besides, this hack has some of the highest replayability of anything. It's just a bit bland
There's also Pokémon Crystal Clear set in Kanto and Johto. You can travel wherever you want and catch 251 Pokémon from first and second gen. It's a great hack rom
I like infinite fusion because it's all about you coming up with creative combos. But for the most part I agree, the fusion games aren't as interesting. The fakemon ones are either all fakemon in a region, which why not just release your own game at that point? OR they look really bad. I am really liking the alternate types of classic pokemon though. I like the fan regional variants the most.

You start off as a grunt in the organization and work your way up the ranks, you can steal pokemon from trainers and even gym leaders! The story runs parallel with the firered/leafgreen games with plenty of twists and it had me hooked!
How come there arent any "romhacks" of the newer games? Like pokemon ruby made for the switch using the lets go engine? Since a lot have been made from the fire red. I know nothing of the way to make the games. But i would love a sword and shield with all gen pokemons or something
Emerald Rogue is finished and R.O.W.E is also completed :) there are a few more in here that might be completed I just cant recall of the top of my head ^^ I could make a video of completed games aswell!

ive played pokemon emerald rouge for 221 hours the game was very fun to play!

These roms are dope but I just can't get into the fusions and Fakemon I think they just over due it and are wack. But atleast they are free to play
