Visits to specialty shop, the World War museum and the Public Library where local artists displayed paintings and ceramics. Try L'Arco near Porta Catania has great arancini and pizza. Crispelle by Orazio Cordai, Acireale. There is lots of live musicians both days. The scene and vibe in Taormina both day and night during the New Years celebrations is intoxicating!
