I stare at the sun for my eyes along with castor oil on my eyelids as night. It’s really helped me as I have cataracts too but can’t afford the surgery but I still drive a lot as I still have no place of my own for over 2 yrs. But by Gods Grace, sweet friends have taken me in. Praying for you 💖

Blanket of healing love to bathe over you & your head the vertigo, & all of it all over. The "epely maneuver" helped me when i had it really bad. youtube videos on it. Mostly only done by chiropractor's. Done epley twice before it subsided. Fasting is awesome and try one day at a time. It's not easy but def dooable! Baby steps 12 hrs, then 15hrs, then 20-24hrs etc...but electrolytes are key with celtic salt or hymn salt or coconut water. I get weak when doing it, but i think i need to up electrolytes. Your entire show & things you exp, I have exp or were my life experiences, so weird. we are being shown, we are all connected in all these ways/syncs. big and small ways. & syncs are messages.

@@MrsHandyRUYes it’s a great idea !..I’ve gone to chiropractors and Physical Therapy ( referrals are good to find a good one on conservative side!) for 40 years for sacroiliac flare ups 5-6 times a yr and 1-3 months was good to go. All body parts ,veins, nerves etc are connected to diff parts of body too. I had bad pinched nerve in my shoulder and Chiro , with the moist heat hydroculator packs with the Tens unit a( electrical stimulation ) after some manipulation got rid of it.
Also I had numbness going down my L leg coming from sacroiliac L joint and chiropractor used a light therapy gun ,forget proper name,,,and it helped. a lot. Also a lower lumbar pinched nerve from light bulging disc can go to our bladder. So manipulation to release the nerve helped my AM in continuance uponn rising !!..Accupressure points are good and many books on this for each body symptom ……wishing you all the best in getting to the Root of the Problem ,like you said 👆🙏❤️🛐🌸

My dog killed my chickens too then almost killed my rooster... Ripped his tail off. I took him (the rooster) to the vet... He sd he shouldn't live but go home & put him in a small box for a few days / a week to let him heal.. I had a bowling ball box.. Well it worked... But then he fell in love with me and jumped up to my arms all the time... Scared the beck out of me... I was only 18 ... Waaaaay bk then. Hahaha.. my first rooster.. freaked me out!!

Lemon oil I supposed to help with vertigo.
I have recently looked into the carnivore diet. I have watched several videos and listen to many testimonies about it in healing, including migraines. Apparently we are supposed to be getting one gram of protein/fat for our ideal weight. I am 63 and that just amazes me and hard to imagine. They believe the food pyramid is upside down. I still haven’t jumped in 100% but I have found days where I eat mostly protein that my inflammation decreases a lot.
