Something that even very good players (especially aggressive ones) complain about in Tekken is "random" this and that; Like " UGH! random jump kick!" "UGH! random high crush launcher!" as if their opponent isn't studying their attack pattern.
The worst part about it is he only thinks he's good because he won a Super Turbo tournament...that used arguably the worst console port imaginable for Super Turbo (the PS1 version). That version had a bunch of legitimate glitches that were not in the original arcade version, such as slowdown and the properties on several moves being changed.
Vulcan422 He is good at super turbo for getting top 8 , overall top american player at evo ( not winner). Although the port was fucked up, you have to give him credit, out of all the 100's of people who tried to win that tourney he spent the most time adjusting and made top 8 in the " shitty port" something many other players could not adapt to.

DSP said he played Tekken 3 and he said that they put the stupid juggle system in. Im pretty sure he didnt play Tekken 3 cause they had the juggle system in 3 but it wasnt as improved as it is now
Every Tekken game had a juggle system (some were primitve, some were quite complex), I don't even know how he dare calling himself a pro fighting game player.

The third match against DjDrewsky420 is a good example of the excuses he likes to make. After two wins against the guy he gets his ass beat in the third round so his first excuse is to blame luck (12:00). The next round loss he blames the lag (13:09). The last round loss he blames the characters saying "They don't belong in this game", or that "they don't play like tekken characters" (13:53). Sometimes he blames the controller too.
Alisa and Zafina don't belong in Tekken? What because they're women? Because he sucks with them? Even more so than usual? They're both really good characters and I hate it when Phil unanimously decides by himself for the whole gaming community what sucks and what doesn't.
I know but if you actually learn her moveset properly, you can be a varied attacker without using juggling OP combos. You can find some interesting moves in her command list if you look carefully. Besides, Phil was just being Phil. I doubt he actually took into consideration the pros and cons of each character, and instead just hated on them both because he was getting beaten by someone who was using them.
Most ppl don´t know how to block Alisa n Zafina´s moves, cuz they r 2 fast. It´s like Eddy or Christie....Not unfair to take them, but they are hated charakters, because they r so unpredictable

sounds like he is using a fighting stick to play, if so then he can't complain that the moves he is performing aren't what he wants to do. They are quite hard to use.
