Aero Cosmetics Wash Wax All is absolutely the closest thing to a perfect quick detailing system that is out there. If you are a motorcycle rider like I am, you know that it is better to not use water if you don't have to. This stuff cleans, shines my bike like nothing ever has. Really, all of this company's products are phenomenal. And if you call the San Antonio based company, you will be greeted by the kindest and most informative owner. You can tell he really loves what he does. Please give this company a shot. It'll be the best product you've ever used, if you follow the directions. I have found it hard to mess up....
I saw this stuff somewhere else and read reviews on Amazon. I bought at Amazon and used it on my truck every time I wash it. This product is easily applied wet or dried. After 3 coats I am confident that my truck coat is protected in the rain. Water beads and streams off. I bought 2 gallons
I would have a bucket of warm water rinsing and wringing out the towel each time I clean a section so I’m not dragging dirt and rocks across the car ...I’m ordering now!
I have been using WashWax all on my cars and airplanes for years. I swear by it. I get the first towel wet with water and ring it out so it isn't dripping. You use less product doing it that way. When I am all done I take a completely clean towel and go over the glass with it, no streaking that way.
That is the best way to use it. I'm a mobile detailer and have tried and used everything under the sun lol literally and figuratively btw. The damp wrung out towel to wipe in the spray and a fresh dry to buff. Don't stress if you see a slight haze, it will flash off quickly and/or buff off with one extra final wipe if needed. Truly an amazing product and great value too.
It's nothing all that fancy. You just have one bucket with just water and one bucket with a good sudsy car wash. Rinse your wash mitt in the water bucket each time before soaking it in the wash bucket. It helps minimize the fine scratches from washing.
This stuff is the best, I've been using for a couple of years now, but now the car is ceramic coated so don't know if I can use it because there's wax in it.
I'm a professional detailer. You can absolutely put it over top of any ceramic. I've been doing it for years. All it does is add that much more time to the durability... Go for it...
I bought a gallon of the Maguires synthetic just to give it a shot one time around and it worked fine but the wash wax all is by far hands down the better of the two. If you're stuck having to apply in the sun the Maguire's is much more difficult and tends to streak. I've been in business for a little over 6 years now and the wash wax all is what I've been using from the beginning and I've yet to find anything better in spray waxes.
But to answer your question more simply actually any wax is safe to put over ceramic. It's just not necessary because the ceramic is designed to make wax obsolete. However, if you ever decide to put wax over top of the ceramic won't hurt anything at all. It's just an added layer of protection between your cars paint and the world...
This makes water bead like a wax, not sheet like Rain-X. I've been an avid Rain-X user for decades and the only thing I've seen that comes close to it on paint is a ceramic coating.
What do you think about using a touchless drive-through car wash just to clean it off and then take it home and do that after the car wash? You should be able to take the water spots off
Like every wax, it's highly dependent on your vehicle's color, whether it's typically garaged, your local climate, how often you wash it, and what other products you use. For me, it lasts around 6 months before I start seeing the water stop beading well typically.
Short answer, you will probably see some swirl marks if you use this regularly, not because of the product, but because of the cleaning process. Long answer, my previous cars were all black and I'm fairly OCD about them. I have a professional polisher and products and would keep them scratch free with regular polishes. In my experience, anything that touches the car is scratching the paint to some extent. The best you can hope for is to minimize it and extend the time between needing to polish it again. To minimize scratching with any product, you need to make sure the bulk of the dirt is off the car first. That may mean going through a touchless car wash first to get the car mostly clean, then following up with a product like this to make it sparkle. This stuff is a great time saver for my weekly light cleanings, but it's not a substitute for a good two-bucket wash when the car is really dirty.
The more I've used it, the more I like it. My wife commented the other day that my car feels very slippery. I told her she has no idea how big of a compliment that is.

What model Tesla is that? Do you like it? I really want one in the future when they come down in price, something like 25/30k my speed . And also I was wondering how did the glass look inside? I’m always trying to find great products for glass.
Wow.. this is like how I wiped down my 2004 corolla.. one towel.. you are wiping down a tesla S.. lol For an effective waterless wash you are supposed to use several microfibers. Basically you want to wipe maybe a couple foot section with a side of the microfiber then flip it to a clean side of the microfiber. If you care about scratches on a nice new car id probably use about 10 microfibers on the whole vehicle exterior otherwise you are just rubbing dirt around.
Robert Shepherd yeah they’re designed for it but that same thing applies. If you just use one then yeah it’ll spread dirt around you need multiple. The kit doesn’t come with nearly as many micro fibers as you need
so you use the same dirty towel for the entire car? I don't see how that does not leave small scratches? I like the method. I use ONR but I use like 6-8 microfiber towels.
I've cleaned my car dozens of times and I haven't used the gallon yet. It really depends on how dirty the car is and at some point you really just need to use water.
You don't need to hose the car down with massive amounts of this product. I probably only use about an ounce and a half per car. Hose off the dirt n dust with water if it's bad, then a few sprays per panel, wipe with a damp microfiber then a dry one. Works very well
Nice review! I've purchased this and a Car Guys hybrid wax, do you think i can wash with this and then apply the carguys wax or they both does the same job?
I tend to top my water-less products with meguiars hybrid ceramic liquid wax with my DA polisher speed of 4, works beautifully and extremely slick!!!!!
I've used it on the wheels and aero covers just fine, but I'm not so sure about tires. This is my favorite tire dressing: amzn.to/2LIJZho. It leaves a nice matte black finish.
If you need a really "quick" clean, maybe. However your rims especially will have embedded brake dust which is a much harsher chemical. Quick cleaners like would not truly be able to remove all the gunk on the wheels and its advised you get a dedicated rim and wheel cleaner that can address all the contaminants that are usually present on wheels.
No wrap or ceramic. Yeah I'm pretty impressed with it myself. I really like how it feels like it leaves a wax behind. That should make it easier to clean regularly.
I haven't tried it, but I expect it's pretty similar. I just finished a quick rinse and touch-up cleaning. It took maybe 10 minutes and it looks freshly washed again. The wax in this stuff really does a nice job making it easy to keep clean.
In my opinion its ok, nothing special, ive had better experience and results with other spray wax, to me its does not leave that slick of a surface, with this you will definitely need to go over it again with a completely dry cloth otherwise it will leave streaks which are much more noticeable in the evening , the scent it leaves is very weak, i paid 30.00 for a gallon of this stuff which isnt too bad but after trying this stuff out i will stick to my turtle spray wax which works excellent, one pass with no streaks and very nice strong scent, again this is just my experience. Great video though, thanks
Come on now, you know that's not a true statement. It's just a little much to put "Zero tailpipe emissions. Total emissions will vary based on your local utility mix and charging times." on a license plate. We're not all ignorant of the facts around transportation emissions.
Agreed. I've used it at least weekly at this point and you can definitely use less depending on the quantity and type of contaminants on the car. Doesn't hurt to err on the side of caution though. 😁
What you said about a quick rinse beforehand works wonders, too. Starting to apply the product to most conspicuous areas first, and working down from there in sections. Never in direct sun. It becomes easier every time :-)
Good job. Thanks. Sorry, but your voice sounds like a creep in a scary movie. But thanks again, I’m buying this without the towels. I prefer edgeless. Oh, you mention the smell! Perfect. I used Lucas detailer spray wax. Liked it, but it smelled too much like cinnamon gum.

I just used this on my model 3 and I was amazed at how great this is. Just fantastic!
Thanks for the awesome review! I have ordered this Wash Wax All kit and I am using it for my Model 3 during rainy season

I’ve bee using this product on my red Model 3 with very nice results. Will definitely buy more when needed.

Looks really promising. It’s getting really cold were I am and this seems to be the perfect option
Just what I was looking for my MY. Excellent video.

Have you made a two-bucket wash instruction video? If not, that would be interesting to see done on your Model 3.

And if you go all out with your detailing, might have to move to the 3 bucket method. ;)

Do you think this will repell water . Like rainx waterless Carwash and water repellent thanks.

That should work fine. We have a car rinse station where I work and that's pretty much what I do.
How long does this wax protection last on it? And also what protection does it provides?
Like every wax, it's highly dependent on your vehicle's color, whether it's typically garaged, your local climate, how often you wash it, and what other products you use. For me, it lasts around 6 months before I start seeing the water stop beading well typically.

Does anyone know if I can apply ceramic coating after Wash wax? Thanks
I love the white.. did you have any paint issues and do you have PPF on it
No paint issue and no PPF at this time. I kind of wish I did PPF early on due to rock chips but at this point I probably won't add it later.

So do you do this type of wash exclusively? Have you ever done it with water?
A two-bucket wash with water is always my first choice, especially with heavier dirt, but I'll go waterless when that's not available.
Any regular microfibre cloth works?
No magic microfibers needed, though quality does vary.
do you dilute the solution? I bought a gallon-size container.
