That was the most confusing/infuriating sh!t in any racing game I've ever played, and I say that as someone who adores this franchise... but still... I don't understand how or why that interaction with the track remained in the game after testing lol... it even happens in F-Zero GX (The gamecube edition of the game) on it's version of this track if you're going too fast.
@@0rnery0verwatch its because the track bends downwards. Youre driving on the outside of the curve, not inside. A satelite in orbit of the earth would do the same if moving too fast and is physicially correct, mostly. You can prevent that by holding your joy-stick upwards, which presses the nose of your ship down on the track.

You can prevent that by holding your joy-stick upwards, which presses the nose of your ship down on the track.
To avoid flying off the map, try to keep it under (somewhat) 1,300km/h and you'll be safe! Gotta love this game 😄
