All of the Superman and Batman team ups in the DCAU were fantastic especially 'Knight Time' when Superman dressed up as Batman and teamed up with Robin to look for a missing Bruce Wayne, that was a lot of fun

You ever realized that the episode with Superman Batman and Ra’s, Batman’s ears are like JLU long? They’re super long in that episode compared to every other episode of that time period.

I wish we could have gotten an anthology series set in the DCAU where it would just be 2 or so characters teaming up and working together, similar to Brave and the Bold/World's Finest comics. It would have been great to see all the active heroes by the time of JLU and give them some more spotlight. And have some team ups I would have love to seen more of (Batman/Green Arrow, Flash/Elongated Man, Wonder Woman/Supergirl, etc)
I find it funny that even Mr mitzelplik isn't immune to the legendary bat glare.

World’s Finest is my favorite Batman/Superman introduction storyline.
I LOVE the way Superman looks in the BTAS style! I've wondered how he would look if they never changed the style for years! I miss that style so much.

I actually have had a 2001 superman batman annual since I was very little, and I never knew it was just complied stories from the tie in comics. I think the mad hatter one where superman has to interrogate that guy like Batman is ky favourite

As much as I like Batman, I prefer Superman. There’s just a lot of personal history between me and that character to chose otherwise. Loved the video btw.
There are more iterations of Batman I dislike then there are iterations of Superman I dislike, so, personally, I prefer Superman. But, saying that, I can't say either is the better hero.
And if Superman and Batman genuinely fight, the loser is invariably going to be the reader/viewer.

I'm not sure if it was ever noticed but Bruce Wayne made an appearance in the Superman tas episode "where there's smoke". You can see him on the boat at the start of the episode before volcana caught the boat on fire
I just checked, and I think I see who you mean, right after the guy makes an announcement to change rooms. Definitely looks very similar! You’d think if Batman was on board, he’d have gotten involved, though, haha.

Hey Watchtower Database I actually really didn't know there were these many animated team-ups between Batman & Superman (The Dark Knight And The Man Of Steel)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely loved the video really enjoyed it A+++++++ plus y'all's youtube videos are so amazing and entertaining that I can't stop watching them they're so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My favorite DC character is Batman my childhood hero and always keep up the amazing work & always keep making these fantastic DC comics videos :)

Who's the better hero? Batman will always be MY hero. I remember that phenomenal episode "Working through pain" from the Gotham Knight series tie-in with the Nolan Batman trilogy. That episode and series enhanced my perception of Batman as a superhero

The comics REALLY need to go back to Mike Parobeck's art style. It was really THE BEST. Simple and smiley enough for kids to get into, while being fastidious enough for adults to enjoy.

@@dcauwatchtower Another thing: I was trying to do a viewing order for myself of the DCAU now and this led me to watch the Superman TAS episode "Mxypilated" At the end of the episode it's May 22, probably 1998, the episode takes place over 9 months, starting on August 22, in "Action Figures" they refer to the fact that the series started exactly one year ago, normally this episode is placed just before or just after "Mxypilated", although this is not the chronological order we will use, resulting in The Last Son Of Krypton Pt. 2-3 take place in May 1997 or August 1996

too many team ups makes your series JLA not Batman or Superman but there are a few times when I think a team up could have happened or where I feel the other hero could have done the job better. If you seriously want my thoughts for a discussion or a separate video I'll look up episode titles and list all the times a team up or a hero swap could have worked and pitch some ideas for new episodes that never happened.

Mayhaps Barbara was busy keeping tabs on Gotham during "Hereafter". Bit unwise to leave the scumhole of a city unprotected, yet either way, unfortunate circumstance, that.
I have the feeling that Mr. Mxyzptlk got way overused in the Superman Adventures comics.
On a sidenote, can agree that one has to better watch BB before JL/JLU. Think of it as fueling the potential of "futureshadowing".
Still hoping to see more videos about the Main Man himself, and whether or not his webseries really fits the DCAU "Will It Canon?" criteria.
Brainiac's long schemes and virus-like comebacks may need a timeline video. Just saying.
If there's one thing I can safely say, the World's Finest moments of the DCAU, B: TBatB, and TDKR, while BvS: DoJ's will stop catching on as the years go by. Such is the fate of the DCEU.
To answer the prime question, I'd rather want a legacy character mix of Superman and Batman, what with whimsies of just doing a bad**s normal in some cases, being a superhuman in others, and possibly doing both just because. However, said character may also be an expert gunslinger (albeit of the non-lethal kind, in which Trigun and Lycoris Recoil fans may know and understand) with some magical girl tendencies (having Homura Akemi's time manipulation abilities and a costume akin to a TSAB barrier jacket included, for some examples).
Oh, and we're happy the DCAU mix things along outside of the usual Batman and Supermans stuff. That's the saga's big advantage over other DC adaptations, you know.

Anywhere! Batman Adventures Vol 2 and Gotham Adventures are personal favorites, but Superman Adventures, Batman Adventures, and Batman & Robin Adventures are all great, too!

Who would win in a fight? Depends on the context and how serious each hero is.
Batman Vs Superman in a straight-up fight: Superman knocks Batman around a few times, Superman wins.
Batman Vs Superman when one is evil/mind-controlled: The Good Guy wins.
Batman Vs Superman but Batman has Prep-time: Batman wins
Batman Vs Superman but Batman has Prep-time but Superman is actually trying: Depends on the writer, but in reality Superman would win.
Facts
The most obvious answer to that is that in addition to having the Kryptonite Superman gave him, Batman keeps the entire Justice League around to deal with a rogue Superman. So Batman doesn't have confidence in his ability to beat Superman on his own.
