I agree with the miscoloration of Wonder Woman. The guy in the purple cape with blonde hair is tricky. He looks a lot like Ozymandias from Watchman but that would make no damn sense. For those who don't know, in 2004, Bruce Timm was working on a direct-to-video animated movie titled Justice League: Worlds Collide. It was supposed to bridge the events of JL and JLU. Buuuuut then WB cancelled it. The script was eventually reworked into the standalone Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths. But several years before, Bruce Timm had expressed interest in one day getting to make Worlds Collide. Which tells me that in his mind, he considered its events at least softly canon. Which brings me back to baldie. His outfit looks VERY much like the one worn by the heroic mirror universe version of Lex Luthor. Maybe in the original version, with the Crime Syndicate defeated for good, Lex decided to stay and join the League. Obviously that didn't happen in canon since we never see a heroic version of Lex with the League, but since they needed bodies to fill out the crowd, and since you can't really tell who they all are anyway, maybe Bruce had him inserted as a private little joke to himself. Orrrrr maybe they just made a vague figure with a generic superhero-y looking silhouette. 🤷♀ But knowing how Bruce likes to insert cheeky little in-jokes, I suspect my theory may hold at least a few drops of water.

I have been thinking about the unidentified leaguers for many years now, and I think I have an idea of who they are (or, at least, who I consider them to be in my head-canon). 1. The big green guy is Swamp Thing. No arguments there. 2. In keeping with League membership revelations in the Batman/Quinn movie, the winged guy could be Black Condor. I know they look nothing alike, but there aren’t many winged characters other than Condor and Zauriel who come to mind. 3. The woman with the red shirt could easily be Lois getting a scoop by special invitation. 4. The man next to her could be a new look for Black Lightning. Probably not, but that can be my head-cannon. 5. The miscolored Wonder Woman is probably Wonder Woman, but I’m going with Donna Troy for my head-canon. 6. The blonde fella with the purple costume reminds me of Alan Scott. 7. I agree with others about trench coat-guy: Doctor Occult. 8. Another commenter thinks the person with the blue hood is Herald. Works for me, although I considered Phantom Stranger after he lost his hat. 9. Instead of Catwoman, I’d consider Wildcat II or a thinner Tasmanian Devil. 7. I agree with others about trench coat-guy: Doctor Occult.
8. Another commenter thinks the person with the blue hood is Herald. Works for me, although I considered Phantom Stranger after he lost his hat.
9. Instead of Catwoman, I’d consider Wildcat II or a thinner Tasmanian Devil. For my head-canon, I’ll go with Tasmanian Devil.
10. Mr. Yellow Suit is vaguely reminiscent of Wing, sidekick to the Crimson Avenger.
11. The blue hero reminds me of Blue Beetle.
12. I don’t know who the woman with the red cape is, so I decided it’s Doll Girl.
13. The blonde woman could be anybody. For me, I’m going to consider her the first Black Canary.

18. As far as Doctor Light being in two places at once… perhaps it’s a “lighting” trick… A test hologram?

20. Any one of these people could be Plastic Man in disguise… or maybe I’m grasping at straws.
Besides, they don't need two stretchy guys.
Of course, most of the mystery people and continuity errors likely have no greater purpose and are meant to be ignored, but... it's just too much fun to theorize who these people are.
