I'm planning on doing the same with my ZX10R once the weather gets a little warmer in Chicago. I already bought the slip-on and mid pipe. I plan on getting the servo eliminator as well as that seems to be the way to fully get around exhaust limitations and fault codes

You wont be removing your cat with that I beleive its just the resonance chamber which is actually before the cat if your starting from the back of the bike.
If you do take this on track where you need grip or even want to use it on the street without putting all your weight on your wrists you are going to need to use the bottom half of the tank grips you aren't using. The top half does absolutely nothing without the bottom half. Your knees actually rest on the bottom half of the grips. Without the bottom half the top half are pretty useless. I use the ez-grips in clear and you can see the paint color perfectly under it which is why I'm sure you don't want to cover it just like I didn't want to cover it.
I kept the servo plugged in after installing the exhaust and before flashing the ECU no FI code showed up after flashing the ecu I unplugged and completely removed the servo motor and didn’t have any issues or FI codes
I like it, it’s got a nice crisp tone not the loudest exhaust in the world but not a quite one. Looks great too! As far as power I have not put it on a Dyno and I’m yet to take it to the track so can’t speak to numbers but if I’m honest I haven’t noticed much difference in power even with an ECU flash probably because I’m not pushing it to the limit on the street.
Slow down dude. It’s so hard to see what you’re doing and showing with the speed you’re showing different cables, rivets, bolts, etc. that need to be removed

If you flash it you won't need the servo eliminator and you won't have any fault codes.

I just bought the bike with same exhaust on, but it did not come DB killer, can you please help me know the size of DB killer which will fit on it

You’re right there is another one inside the headers. I’m actually gonna switch to a full system now that I’m needing more HP on track

If I installed the same system with the link Pipe. What else would be needed if I didn’t change my air filter. Pcv, servo buddy anything like that?
You would just need to flash the ECU to get rid of restrictions and change the AFR . If you flash the ecu you won’t need a servo buddy.

All I did was unhook mine and start my bike and re hook it after lowering and I have a check engine light......stock exhaust is on

You can’t without drilling into the carbon fiber
Not true, I just did this whole install without drilling. Just make sure you got the right size tools and a torque wrench
