Totally agree. I think Homey was the culmination of their old sound, and this one is like a new start (maybe why it’s self titled). It has more of a psychedelic feel, and the songwriting is a little more complex. It doesn’t rock as hard as their last album, but I always appreciate when band try new things.

I feel this is just an album track. It Doesn’t really go anywhere, doesn’t pick up much pace. And the fact that it is short too, kind of like it’s an interlude to a beast of a track right after it on the album. Time will tell.
