Thanks to this video I just had royal Caribbean change my cabin to this exact cabin for my May sailing! It was literally the last double wide balcony cabin left so it was fate for me to see this video! Thanks for the info! I’m looking forward to dancing on my extra wide balcony to the band above lol

Sorry to take so long to reply. on my cabin, the balcony was double-wide, but the cabin itself is a regular size. I did a little research and I could not find specific details about cabin 11255. I usually use cruisedeckplans.com and it does not indicate that the balcony for that cabin is any larger than the regular central park balconies.

We did not notice that at all. Then again, when we sailed it was at the beginning of the cruise restart and capacity was only at about 40% so there would not have been so much luggage to move.

That sailing was mid-October 2021. Capacity was reduced since this was soon after sailing resumed post-pandemic. We were on that same ship in late November, the week starting the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We find that to be a good week to sail, the capacity was a little higher then, and I noticed that the Central Park still seemed to be pretty calm.
@@shirleysjourneys9505 Shirley, I just found this exact room on a Dec. 3rd sailing this year. How was the motion of the ship from this cabin? I would think it would be minimal since this is in the middle of the ship. Thank you!
@@tjlemaster Yes, since it is located mid-ship you will notice less motion than you will on forward or aft cabins. Our sailing was very smooth. Hope yours will be, too
