Can I take support of red coin and pocket my assigned coin before potting any of my coins? Eg: My coin is white and I have 9 white coins on the board.. can I take support of red coin and pot my first white coin?
Rule is you should not pocket red before you pocket your coin....

In a doubles match when there are a lot of coins if I accidentally pocketed opponent coin will it be considered as a foul and what happens to that coin that I pocketed
No foul will be offered if you pocketed your opponent coin...your opponent coin considered as deemed pocketed...if that is your opponent's last coin then you lost the match...if not you will lose your chance....same rule for singles and doubles....Hope this helps
