Carrom board game is also known as Carroms, Karrom or Strike and pocket, carrum, couronne, carum, karam, karom, karum, fatta and finger billiards.
The basic objective of Carrom is to use the striker with a flick of the finger to drive the carom men into any of the four corner pockets.
The aim of the game is to pocket one's nine carom men along with the queen before your opponent.

3:17 looks like a mistake. You say if the opponent's final piece is pocketed, then the opponent's piece and a penalty piece are put in the center. But in the video both pieces are the same color (black). The video makes it seem like if you pocket the opponent's piece, you get rewarded.

May i do thumbing shot when the coins are in baselines or in red circles
You cannot use your thumb to shoot behind the two white lines the piece must cross two black and white stripe lines to make a move and must follow forward motion

Suppose, at the first strike (break) the player pockets two carrom men- one a white and a black. What's next? Can he continue? Does he lose chance? Do both carrommen be considered pocketed or brought to centre?

Though the local/regional rules vary, the International Body mentions a different set of rules.
There the game is of 25 points.
The player/s who strikes first plays Whites and the other gets the Black coins set.
The player/s who finish their own set of coins - white or black - before his opponent, gets the points which are the number of coins of opponent left on the Board with or without the queen.
If he/they pocket Queen ( + covering coin of his own colour, for example WHITE) first, he then gets 3 points PLUS the number of coins of opponent (BLACK) left on the Board (EG : 3 for Queen + 1 to 9 Black, totalling min. 4 to12 max).
If a player/s pockets Queen and covers it with coin of his own colour eg WHITE, BUT FAILS to finish off his board before his opponent, and his opponent finishes off his own set of coins (BLACK) first, the player who took the queen (White)does not get any points. His opponent, who finished his coins (BLACK) first, gets only the coins of the opponent (WHITE) as points (1 to 9) but NO 3 POINTS those of the Queen; they are merely redundant.
The player/s get 3 points for Queen IF the player/s cover his / their OWN set of coins before his opponent does + the coins of opponent left on the board..
There are many more subtle rules but cant be covered now. Please refer the Rules and Regulations formulated by the International Carrom Federation. It helps.
But if a player put a queen then for the cover up instead of his set of white coin he puts the opponents coin (black) then what about that 3 points who gets it

One question, suppose I left with one of my coin and I covered it with the dive (foul, pocketed my coin first followed by striker dive) , then what is the result? Did I win or that Will be considered as foul?
Nagaraj Puranik I think it’s a foul.
As per ur scenario, u pocketed ur own last coin n in the same stroke, the striker. Then yours is a foul (Doubles foul). U have to put 2 coins of yours on the board again n try to finish them off. As this is a 'doubles' foul, u retain ur chance to pocket ur own coin/s.

Sir i have a doubt... Me(white) my opponent is(black)...all coins are pocketed including red also... Now two coins only in board one is white another one is black... Now my opponent's turn he pocket him black coin also unfortunitely he put minus also... Now what will we do... I allonced my opponent is winner or again i kept one black coin in center of the board...
No win pocketed coin and for minus coin (2) black coins are in game now it's ur turn...
What marks the end of a game? (When you count up the points)
He/they wins those reached 25 points first OR the ones whose score is more at the end of 8 boards play (Best score in 8 Boards). Usually this rule is followed till Quarter finals. From Semi finals onwards, the Winner is one who reaches 25 points first.
When you cover the queen, isn’t it only 3 points?

For queen we get 3 points. And max point is 25
That's not how we play carram. Players can strike any piece despite the colors but blacks are counted 5 points , whites 10 and red 50 points and the red must be covered by any piece. Whoever gets more points is the winner.

There is a mistake here. You cannot use the thumb or any finger to shoot backwards you can only rebound by shooting front
I have a rule book that says you can. It's for France but it's based on the Indian rules. I know there are a lot of different rules but the official rules for tournaments have been stable for about 40 years I think.
It is allowed, you can use either your left or right thumb according to the tournament rules
Only some Indian rules I am aware state this..

international carrom federation has made some changes with time in the rules of carrom but traditionally ,many people were used to follow the rule that player cannot directly strike on the dist which is on one of the arrows that are at player's side who is striking.

What should we do when red coin is alone at lasr
That's not a possibility, because nearing the end when almost all pieces are pocketed, there should now be your piece (white) + your opponent's piece (black) + the Queen (red).
When this situation occurs then you cannot strike and pocket your piece, but you must first pocket the queen and use your piece (white) as a cover. If you miss then your opponent will do the same and use their piece (black) only as a cover after they pocket the queen.

There's a different set of rules for carrom. The white carromen counts as 10 points and black 5 points and the queen for 50 points and no color is associated to a player

One part is wrong. If you want to get the queen, you need to first pocket it, then take another piece to claim the queen
