  • The struggle over a woman's right to choose whether she will carry a fetus to birth is getting hotter every day. Many people thought that the result of Roe vs Wade, the law that gave women the right to terminate a pregnancy for any reason was settled law. However, it has become one of the most searing issues facing citizens and residents of the United States in generations. This issue is so caustic that corporations are backing away from doing business in states that have passed draconian laws giving the state power over a woman's body. These laws are changing the rights of women to have full control over their bodies and will have unintended consequences, the least of which will be women coming out in droves during the 2020 election cycle. Curiously, through all of the debates and marches, the one group that we haven’t heard from in general, are men, everyday men. Yes, men, like women who will have their lives upended. Men who will be living on the edge due to lack of money as courts drain their wallets for child support payment or face jail time. Men who will have a connection to women they don't ever want to see ever again in life. Given these impending realities, we're asking the question why are men standing on the sidelines of this debate?
