Dude!!!!! You seriously need to change the video title to include keywords like “DIY electronics enclosures, synth, synthesizer case cabinet, guitar pedals, boxes, electronics test gear test equipment lab”, stuff like that!!!! I thought I had seen every good RUclips tutorial on enclosure building… as someone with a full machine shop in my basement, who builds guitars for a living, And with a fully functional electronica lab full of vintage test gear that I restored myself… I can’t tell you how valuable this video is! I’m seriously impressed!
I hope young people are intrigued enough to pursue stuff like this. It would be a shame to lose skill sets like these. Enjoying your personality as well Wesley Cheers from B.C.
Your projects are amazing and you are a master at bringing out the retro features in them. I too am an “old skool” gadget junkie! I love watching your builds, your commentary, and your common sense resolutions to challenges we all face when trying new things! Thanks for sharing your creative gifts with us!
In order to see the control names in the dark, I would've loved to have seen an LED, backlit, control panel on this... amazing piece of artwork you created there --- so gorgeous! Love me some Deco design!
I was going to say beautiful! but that would be injustice!!! amazing! Stellar, The word perfection was created prior to this build, but was simply waiting for its actual purpose!!!
I trust that you took the rest of the year off after you made this one, it's stunning - really hard to top! I'm so glad that your clients are letting you have free reign on how to interpret their requests!
A friend gave me a control panel he found in an old factory. We have no idea what it was for. However it is cool as hell and has switches and knobs all over it. I think Im going to build a box to attach it to and just hang it on my garage wall. I love that kinda stuff.
really glad i subscribed early | another channel i can learn lots on arts & crafts from! and so much more! thank you!!! i like your style and taste in deco panel design
I salute you, applaud you, take my hat off for you and bow to you for I am not worthy! That was a privilege to watch very impressive. For a second I thought that the Art Deco piece was too much but given the location I quickly reconsidered. Again very impressive.
What I truly like about your videos is that I can take something from each of them. I would never take on a project of this level with the electrical, but I can still use parts of the info... for something. Very inspiring. I would never do a project like your neon coffee sign, but I would however make a sign, that looks like it once had neon... Had to start sharing these on FB. All the best.

Thanks for the tip! 👍
Improvising the resawing of the top with the table saw and recip saw was genius!
This video deserves millions of views.

Making new things in old styles is just the greatest.
I love the silence in your videos.
Wow! That is a beautiful piece of art. I love the Art Deco details.
The crest at the end of the built is amazing. Wow.
My folks were antique collectors specializing in Art Deco pieces. Thanks for bringing back good thoughts.
It's a sheer pleasure watching you work.

Thanks! I wanted to do backlit labels, but the whole body was really just a vanity project, so I had to draw the line somewhere.
Excellent editing. Makes such a difference when a video is tightly edited
I love the sand witched Walnut with Aluminum Look. Very cool..!!!
That turned out really awesome and vintage man.
Man the DIY synthesizer community would eat this up!
Functional and beautiful! Few have the talent to combine those two characteristics.
In French, "C'est de la belle ouvrage!" What a beautifull piece!
Who knew aluminum walnut sandwiches would look so tasty?! Very classy!
OMG!! I by mistake follow a RUclips suggestion and found you... your work is amazing my compliments!!!!

Beautiful project and all hand made. Sweet.
You've got some lucky clients!
This is hands down the most impressive maker video I’ve ever seen
High praise! Thank you, sir.
ooooh. I love that blue tape on the nut driver to prevent scratching the metal panel at 7:27!
That’s an excellent project, sir
This is by far the coolest build I have ever seen! You sir, are a true artist!!!
Just Amazing. So talented and dedicated.

This thing is so much cooler than you described it! So clean! Awesome stuff.
You sir, are a complete badass.
👍 Came for the weird machines... Learnt some useful woodworking tips. 🙂
Adding the sheet metal pieces to the cheeks is really a nice detail, especially after adding that brushed texture. Top notch work!
Wow the combination of wood and brushed metal sides looks amazing. I'd love to make a custom keyboard that looks something like that.
Lots of "methods of work" here to learn from. I wish I had the bending brake and the CNC robot. Good video.
Beautiful. The wood pieces on the front and back of the Walnut as it goes through the planer are called Wesley Snipes boards
That is a terrible joke and I approve.
Great video and the switch box looks very classy! 👍👍👍
That has got to be the best looking control panel ever!
Awesome! You should be proud! Thanks for sharing.

We used to create the brushed aluminum look using a green scotch-brite scouring pad and some spray metal polish.
