I would like to add here as doing IF post partum for 3+ years now losing 10+ kgs, many people dont even have minimum 12 hour fasting gap(most have 8-9hours gap), so 14 hours seems extreme to them to and they see hair fall, weakness etc. First to write down and observing what is the gap you have, increase 1 hour gap each week or post 2 weeks and reach to 12 hours fastong window..then gradually go to 16 in coming months. Do not ahock your body suddenly, you arr bound to fall sick, have deficiencies and lose the motivation instead of gaining the benefits.
Want to lose weight? eat less carbs under 100 grams and eat mostly protein with some fiber from veggies . Also eat one meal a day, do intermittent fasting.
