At the center of a world of new blossoming queerness, weird power dynamics, nail polish, and miscommunications, we have high school seniors AJ (Djouliet Amara) and Sydney (Alexa Mareka). TOP COAT explores the ooey gooey sticky fine line between romantic and platonic love, and what it can be like to fall for your very best friend. Written by Djouliet Amara, co-starring Alexa Mareka, and filmed by Em Dubin. This film was created by a tiny queer team, for you, with love.
