Retired UPS driver here. When I started we had a clipboard and carbon paper to log deliveries. My truck was a standard with no power steering. Come a long ways Baby.

I’m just amazed how new that belt looks. I’m at like a 50 year old building that gets no maintenance and my belt looks like it’s been through a world war

To make deliveries profitable for the shareholders. By next level abusing the drivers and loaders. Jim Casey would be ashamed.

busiest center in the country? busy doing what, exactly? it's going to take an awfully long time to load 300+ stops into the truck at that pace.

its not busy all day because trucks show up and they expect us to load the packages/ scan or whatever you're job is as fast as you can

I got 5 to load with one regularly at 300+ pieces and the other 4 about the same. I’m at the Gboro hub in N.C.

Part time warehouse workers are the driving force not the drivers.

BS we both play a key role. Without feeders without loaders and without drivers nothing will move forward. What are you talking about!?

I think he was making a pun...he said, "literally the driving force."

Lately the UPS driver has been tying our packages to a tree in the neighbors yard….. leaving it in the middle of a shared driveway or even on top of garbage cans waiting to be emptied on collection day. I have left instructions in the app to leave packages at the front door. Our driveway is not difficult to access, so why the bizarre behavior??? How do I report this? It’s like the driver is purposely being an ass.
