How true. Its a parts changer world out there. Limited diagnostics. Lets change the part and charge the customer for it even if it doesn't fix the problem.

I just started to tap into the "technical" side of this automotive industry and want to learn more about how to program/flash and understand network/communication issues...I'm not sure where to start as I don't even understand the different words/terms that are being used in some of your videos on RUclips.

Could i copy the original file from the CNG tuned computer and upload it to the replacement computer using EFI Live? Just curious if you know.

Something doesn't add up. Why would they need someone to do a standard module program and replace? Its nothing to pull the software on the old module and use it to program the new one. And even if you can't do that, their scan tool should be able to download the original programming from when the car was built, and use that to program the new module. After that, update to current software. Lube techs do this type of programming on a daily basis.

It has a custom CNG program in it as the CNG conversion is not stock.

Its designed for bench, but can usually be done OBD.
