(Even if it's with a modern façade). I know that in this part of Seoul, so many traditional old neighborhoods have been knocked down for new apartment complexes, including across the street from you. Out of all the working at a cafe vlogs I've watched specially those from South Korea, this is the only vlog so far that made me and doesn't make me say "oh gosh that's too much plastic", because as much as it can she/they use paper in this cafe. Nice one! Keep it up!
This reminds me of my sandwich job I had a few years ago. I had to make similar sandwiches, but also hot ones sometimes. I always loved preparing the ingredients in the morning and layering them on freshly baked bread for each order. My only enemies were the oven and the frying pan because I burned my arm several times😅😅 but the smell of freshly baked bread and fun colleagues made everything alright
after BoBe left Zakdang. I'm so glad I found a new cafe/bakery vlog to follow. I love sandwiches, salads and coffee! And I can't stop looking at your apron. It's so cool! Nee sub here.

How do you prevent bread from going stale? For example, for your sourdough bread that you use to make sandwiches, if you don't get a lot of sandwich orders, do you just throw away the bread, make it into something else (like croutons) or do you have a trick to keep it from going stale?
Everything looks beautiful and delicious! But why do the sandwiches have such a little amount of meat or cheese? With the thickness of the bread and the lettuce, I don’t think you could even taste the meat.
