Out of all the working at a cafe vlogs I've watched specially those from South Korea, this is the only vlog so far that made me and doesn't make me say "oh gosh that's too much plastic", because as much as it can she/they use paper in this cafe. Nice one! Keep it up!

수고했어요! As others have commented, it's very impressive to see how much work goes daily into a bakery café like this. But also, thanks for keeping the lovely hanok in good shape! (Even if it's with a modern façade). I know that in this part of Seoul, so many traditional old neighborhoods have been knocked down for new apartment complexes, including across the street from you. Keep taking care of the place. ^^ Hopefully I'll visit this part of town again someday and support you. Hope business is well during these lockdown times ~

This reminds me of my sandwich job I had a few years ago. I had to make similar sandwiches, but also hot ones sometimes. I always loved preparing the ingredients in the morning and layering them on freshly baked bread for each order. My only enemies were the oven and the frying pan because I burned my arm several times😅😅 but the smell of freshly baked bread and fun colleagues made everything alright

@@euncook 한옥이었군요!! 요즘 카페들은 다 그냥 네모 반듯한 건물이라 딱딱한 느낌인데 한옥이라 더 따뜻하고 말랑말랑?한 느낌이라 해야되나 아무튼 너무 예뻐요 나중에 꼭 빵먹으러 갈게요!!!
