(Even if it's with a modern façade). I know that in this part of Seoul, so many traditional old neighborhoods have been knocked down for new apartment complexes, including across the street from you. Keep taking care of the place. ^^ Hopefully I'll visit this part of town again someday and support you. Hope business is well during these lockdown times ~

Out of all the working at a cafe vlogs I've watched specially those from South Korea, this is the only vlog so far that made me and doesn't make me say "oh gosh that's too much plastic", because as much as it can she/they use paper in this cafe. Nice one! Keep it up!

This reminds me of my sandwich job I had a few years ago. I had to make similar sandwiches, but also hot ones sometimes. I always loved preparing the ingredients in the morning and layering them on freshly baked bread for each order. My only enemies were the oven and the frying pan because I burned my arm several times😅😅 but the smell of freshly baked bread and fun colleagues made everything alright

I really enjoyed watching this (and these kinds of videos) but the amount of packaging required for that delivery order is shocking! 😱 Smaller pieces of plastic also break down into micro-plastics that get consumed by animals in the ocean. The sad reality is that there is just too much single plastic use in Asia! 😖

That is my dream, have a small shop, work happily without concern too much about the income or profit. I don't have any talent with cooking or baking but whenever i see bakery or patisserie i want to work there, pretty small bakery. someday if i have much money i want to run it
Everything looks beautiful and delicious! But why do the sandwiches have such a little amount of meat or cheese? With the thickness of the bread and the lettuce, I don’t think you could even taste the meat.
