I mean the guy deliberately disobeyed the orders that he should go home, which he was ordered to do several times. He could've lived. So from my reasoning, I would conclude that surely Uriah has some divine powers by disobeying the King's orders which he can prove at the front of the line. Why was he so proud, as he could have went home and lived another day? Or did he prefer to die jif according to his reasoning)as he refused to be married to a wife with two husbands, because the King wanted her as a wife despite her being married already.
