Not sure but I'll be able to answer this eventually as I just started my first honor game today with a druid main... If it does it's going to be a bit of a cheesy way to get though hard fights haha.

Got to level 3 on the new honor mode and I can confirm moonbeam + sanctuary works the same there. I went gold dwarf (hp bonus) + spore druid (big temporary hp buffs from symbiotic entity) and I'll do the cleric spells splash at level 4 to add sanctuary to the toolkit. Probably overkill but I like to make super defensive and conservative builds on hardcore modes where you're not allowed to die.

I really don't see that subclass used very often. I'd like to hope that casting spirit guardians on yourself then having someone else cast sanctuary on you would work, but that sounds very broken. damage from spirit guardians breaks sanctuary, that's one of the first spells I tried breaking with sanctuary, I think that one was a bit too obvious and got patched quickly haha
I want to add (idk if it was a bug or what) but my zombies where breaking sanctuary BUT idk if it was the SUMMONED ones or the ones that come out if a zombie kills an enemy, kinda strange but also hard to pull out Edit: I just did it again and yes, the zombies that your summoned zombies create (for some reason) break your sanctuary when attacking, already reported this to Larian

i used sanctuary to cheese ethel by using it on mayrina, so when she did the clone thing i just attacked the one that didnt have sanctuary lol

i hate enemys with sancturary
