The idea of feminism has changed sha that's the issue. It used to be a great movement but now it has been hijacked and is sad.

What has the idea changed into? How has it been hijacked and could you give me an example of what it has changed into?

@@OlotuFunke Remember all the instances you gave of the benefits of feminism yh each of them had one aim which was to empower the woman and each time they succeeded not just because of their tenacity but also because both men and women saw its advantages to the constantly changing world and in present times now women enjoy same if not more rights than men in the society. We have been able to reach an equilibrium but now the modern day feminism is being hijacked by miserable unhappy people who have lost their sense of rationality and are now degrading women to the lowest they have every been. These women preach promiscuity, irresponsibility and hatred for men and its very sad not just because of its nature but because it is tarnishing the good name and purpose of feminism.

It's not that some women are not feminist it's that they choose not to identify with the extremist beliefs which is being spread nowadays and sugar coated with feminism and that is perfectly ok.

What inequalities exist within the law? There are natural inequalities between men and women therefore we will never be equal, so we must presume you're referring to the law, im in the UK and have not come across one. So why would I want to be a feminist if I dont believe we are unequal in the eyes of the law? If you are referring to specific countries then maybe specify that and speak specifically on those counties and their governments and corruption if that is what is stopping women from being in places of power where laws are made.
Women all over the world are dealing with their own lives and problems to be using their spare time being internet activists. If you want to change the laws in particular countries get into politics and stop complaining on the internet. Victims complain, genuine people find a way to make changes. Every single women in the world does not have to jump on the bandwagon and identify as feminist because globally women still face inequalities.
If men are in power, common sense tells us MEN are the ones who will change the laws, as it was done in the west. So aligning yourself with men who have influence in the areas you find inequalities seems like a sensible plan. Get into politics and if women are prevented from doing so address the corruption. If that is indeed impossible ( I dont know where you are from or what the issues may be) then you have to accept you tried everything in your power and you was sadly born into a corrupt part of the world. That being said I would do what it takes to move somewhere where women and men are equal in the eyes of the LAW and accept the world is a wicked place.
Nowhere is safe from some form of bullshit, there are problems everywhere and sadly they are a lot bigger than feminist ideologies which is probably why feminists can't even get women to subscribe to their nonsense, we have bigger fish to fry.
