    It's that time for a new cycle.
    What we are keeping:
    Lifting 2X a week
    Zone 4, high intensity day
    Zone 2, aerobic building day
    What will be new:
    The back squat and push press using 5, 3, 1
    Add a rowing and air bike progression
    A low motivation easy to get the body moving day move day
    What we're dropping:
    Olympic lifting technique day
    Our running progression
    Pulling stamina work
    Our micro cycle is 6 days a week and will look something like this:
    Day 1: Back squat
    Day 2: Zone 2 (multi-modality)
    Day 3: Zone 4 (multi-modality)
    Day 4: Push press
    Day 5: Zone 3 (multi-modality)
    Day 6: Aerobic row/air bike
    Added on active rest day: Short low motivation minimal equipment workout
    We program 6 days a week so each week the focus will fall on a different day and includes a full warmup, skill work, workout, accessory work and stretching.
