Execution on point as always. Great video and I really appreciate you not overly pimping your products and saying if you can find another cost effective way to do it , than do it. Keep the videos coming.
This dude is a legend. He is not lying when he says he'll get back to you and help you out if needed. Thanks again for the tutorials and all the help brotha. Waiting on my midsole magic to come in the mail.
Haa appreciate that man! Can't wait for you to get it and put it to use! Keep me posted when it arrives and if you have any issues feel free to reach out! Email/DM is easiest/quickest! Have a good week!
Hey sir. Love the video example. Couple questions. 1. Is the product supposed to have a yellow color to it. It looks like it’s old. The lid looks like it was slightly rusted. 2. I have Jordan retro 3. I tried removing the black only to discover there’s more black underneath it so when I removed the glossy finish now it feels like suede and looks like it should be sanded to make the surface smoother. Any thoughts how to do that?
I actually used midsole magic on the uppers of an old custom i did on some sport blue 6’s, and the paint came off way easier and cleaner than it did using acetone
Glad it helped! Sorry about jot having a video in 2 weeks, we currently have a HUGE project we're working on. We'll then be back with a bunch more helpful stuff!
You should make a video on how to do yellowed netting on Jordan 4’s and you should do a sole sauce comparison because I get a lot of people saying all different ones are better and a lot of people saying they are all the same
Love these videos. So was curious to know after you use midsole magic and take all that necessary paint off, what paint or what is needed so they dont crack? I painted foamposites n they cracked around the crease area(how can I fix this)? Thanks
This my first time trying this and I used this on my white cement and I let it sit for 30 seconds and when I was taking it off the midsole turned out bumpy and I also did a pair of black cement and the pours opened and the midsole got deformed a little on one part
@@alexisdetailingcarwash Chase Maccini has a video about doing midsoles and recommends using a small contact file for older shoes. It takes a bit longer but is much safer for the shoes. But Raleigh also has a video about ways to potentially repair the damage depending on how bad it is
The cool grey 3s specifically you can gently use a dull pair of scissors or other blade to scrape/flake the paint off. Midiske magic is safe but midsoles of that age are more than likely softening up and not too far from chunking/crumbling!
@@ForResalePurposesOnly thanks my g, yea i ended up using a blunt edged item to scrape it 99% of it off, its just specs n hard paint which "could" be sanded down? otherwise its smooth as a baby's bottom

I just ordered the product. But I’m just curious would this product work well on removing paint off of an all black Nike roshe midsole? Or would acetone be the best rout to take?
@@sergiomerino4116 yes it would, Honestly though I wouldn't waste the midsole magic so you're not wasting your money and I would just use acetone in that case if that midsole has been painted by someone else
And In a case where the all black nike roshe have not been painted by someone else they have the original factory black, would you still recommend acetone or go ahead and use the product

RaleighRestorations if you could show different techniques working on foamposite, patent leather and suede/nubuck that would be awesome as well.
Definitely will do more specific tutorials for those! From cleanings to prep, and more!
Can I hit you on IG, I’m working on some midsoles that just aren’t working with me right now?
Sure thing!
My bad , I’m @marrio_restores
You're a GODSENT! You're tutorials are very detailed and we'll explained!
Glad you find them helpful! We have some more videos we're working on now coming very soon!
Great video. I remember when you worked at ruby Tuesday in Cary bought your sole sauce from you. Have to get me another bottle.

Thanks for the updated how-to! Would love to see a sole dye tutorial using that candle dye you talked about on Twitch.
Plan to do a comparison with other "companies" vs the candle dye!

Does midsole magic work on new ~2014-2016 jordan 4s?

Always informative 👍🏼
Where did you go? I don’t see your ig profile on there anymore 🤔
Hey bro you should do a video on best way to paint patent leather👍
Definitely will in the future!
@@ForResalePurposesOnly Looking forward to it
Yeaa that would be a good one 👨🏿💻
Is this not just acetone? I dnt understand what else it could be.
Do we need to use a exacto knife
What do I need to do to prep hitop converse?
Really helped bro appreciate it

Where are u man? What u up to ?
Does this work on the rubber stripe on Vans? I've tried applying a couple times and the paint does not come off.
No, that rubber is a color mold, so there is no paint to remove. The actual rubber is colored.

Can I use Midsole magic on Jordan 11s? Did a dirty bred custom and need to repaint.
Great video as always bro👍
🙌🙌
can i just use magic sole cleaner instead of the acetone or the denatured alcohol?
Hi, i damaged my midsole while applying acetone, is there a way to repair the midsole? thanks

And for you ice cream sole sauce do we need a indoor setup or can we do it out side and how long should be the sessions

Same here? After using midsole magic it actually made the midsole worst? Maybe because of the age of the sneaker?
