I love the optimistic sci-fi that came out of the early 90's. much more interesting and intellectually challenging than the post-apocalyptic sci-fi of the 2010's.
Sci-fi was actually where all the good writing was back then. Just think of the first 3 seasons of Sliders. That was my favorite show as a kid. I like Time Trax too though. All the Star Trek series too. Even Voyager was good after Seven of Nine was introduced. Jeri Ryan really elevated the show with that character. The doctor was really good too.
