Help Identify: Found on the backside of RUclips with no label. Song playing beforehand is "Shepherd Moons" by Enya. Was uploaded on 3 October 2009.
Original video starts with photos of Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King.
Song was likely performed in the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts.
I believe the language spoken is Chinese, with the chorus containing the phrase, "Jǐ diǎn? (幾點?)" meaning "What time is it?"
Full chorus might loosely translate to "What time is the schoolgirl's song?" (Jǐ diǎn xué mèi de gē)
