Dear all...it was an edit mistake....that paste us nit needed...half way while cooking I felt that if you follow that paste it may become like pakoda...so I changed the process and made it simpler...pks ignore that paste part

The slurry made between time 3:50 and 5:08 does not seem to have been used in the recipe for Bhindi Jaipuri. Is it not needed in the recipe? Or has it been used and I missed noticing it?

There are amazing soups and shorba in indian cuisines. However the oriental authentic or Indianised has become pretty common among people. Can you post some of those. Your Poha trick was really helpful, I make yummy Indori Poha but I always make mistake in soaking the Poha.
