Just shoot her, if the horse don't respawn ride towards Valentine through the tunnel and turn around back to the telegraph pole when you have rode pass Heartland Oild Field. Much faster and it works, just do that some times in a row.
What do you mean respond time ? Is it the time the women will appear you asking ? For me it is Noon I go there around 12pm to night or you can check at morning also if the women respawn there.
If you help her already to go back to her home then the side quest will not respawn again and there is no more chance for you to do this trick anymore.

Yea doesnt seem to work anymore. The horse always respawns dead
Just follow exactly the video where I am shooting. Near the post or behind it.

You can get this horse in one of the Arcadia missions, the one where he takes a photo of the horses.
If you get the horse, can you still complete helping her later?

I have already killed that woman in chapter 2 and currently in in chapter 3 still I’ll encounter with that woman? Not not possible now
